The food was OK. Certain things were over seasoned and other was nearly nothing. Salad bar was great though. A+ to our waitress, she was an absolute darling.

We have had several visits lately that have been great. Our server , Madison S is very attentive and helpful. She is who we ask for by name when visiting. Thank you Madison for the superb service and attention to detail.

Went there today, Autumn our waitress was amazing, food was delicious. Seated right away. We will be back very soon! Loved how fresh and cold the salad bar was, burger and steak was cooked perfectly!

This location has potential but fails because of its unhygienic status. The carpet smells horrible and the tiled parts stick to your shoes. The garden bar had old wilted lettuce, and everything on it wasn't chilled rather almost room temperature. We had only the garden bar this trip, but our previous trip we tried their sirloin. It was paper thin, and tasted like something that was dollar tree quality. But the cook on it and seasoning was spot on. The baked potato was delish. So, potential is there with a good deep cleaning, keeping garden bar cold and fresh, and tasting the quality of food they are putting out there.

I attended the veterans free meal night and totally enjoyed it, I got the steak, broccoli, and mash potatoes which were simply delicious. I had to wait an hour since it was crowded due to everyone wanting to eat at this restaurant. They had enough staff to accommodate serving everyone. I always come here on Veterans Day!

Parking: Easy access to available parking surrounding the restaurant.

The staff was cool to begin with. Once the rest of my group arrived, 11 all together, everyone relaxed and was so friendly. Our waitress couldn't have been better! She worked SO hard!

I love Ruby Tuesday! By far my favorite affordable place in Pensacola! The staff are always friendly and the food comes out fast. Everything I've ordered has been delicious and tastes fresh. I definitely recommend dining here, especially on Tuesdays and Fridays when kids eat free! The Ruby Rewards is a great bonus too, lots of free food, drinks, and BOGO coupons. Happy customer!!

The service was exceptional. I would have been embarrassed to serve the 6 ounce ribeye. It looked boiled and was paper thin. Waffle House has a thicker steak. The baked potato had the consistency of having sat and then reheated. The salad bar was ok, but nothing like it used to be. The croutons were soft and overly salty, no captains wafers crackers anymore and not more extra salad choices like it used to offer. We spent $69 with a tip and I drank water, my husband had tea. For $25 a plate I could have eaten at a Longhorn’s or similar quality and had a much better steak. I don’t recommend eating the steak here. Maybe ok for a burger?
