Sake Cafe is hands down one of the best sushi spots in the Pensacola area. They've recently introduced an all-you-can-eat option, and the quality of the sushi remains top-notch. The sashimi is fresh and flavorful, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The sushi chef, who is Japanese and also speaks Spanish, brings a great sense of humor and personality to the dining experience, making each visit even more enjoyable. My wife and I truly love coming here, and we’ll continue to recommend Sake Cafe to anyone looking for excellent sushi and a great atmosphere.

The crab nachos is excellent! Homemade chips, the sauce and shredded crab meat make an excellent combination!

I have been going to Sake Cafe for over 15 years. They are my first choice for sushi above any other restaurant in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Their chefs are skilled and happy to answer any questions you may have. They have an all you can eat option and happy hour every day. Both are very reasonably priced for you get. Highly recommend!

Great food. Everything was fresh. Got the all you can eat, my beer was included with that which was nice. Place was super busy so it took a minute but understandable. Talked to the owner he was cool too.

Having lived in Japan for six years, I have quite a high standard for the type and quality of sushi I order in restaurants. To say I was pleasantly surprised with what I ordered at Sake would be a major understatement. The quality, freshness, preparation and presentation were all amazing. Finding a sushi restaurant that serves an all-you-can-eat menu that includes such a wide variety of nigiri and sashimi (!!) was incredible. The tuna, salmon, snapper, squid, octopus, shrimp --- all were generous portions and extremely fresh. In addition to the nigiri and sashimi, I tried the tuna lover’s roll, spring rolls and miso soup, which were also delicious. Sake is a hard-core sushi lover’s dream but also has something for everyone with more mainstream rolls and very well-prepared and delicious cooked items. I will definitely be going back to Sake on any trip I make to Pensacola.

Restaurantji Recommends
Waited nearly an hour for four pieces of nigiri and a single roll. Waiter avoided the table the entire time. After 50 minutes I asked for the check. No apology was given other than “it was taking a long time.”
Kitchen food came out on time and several other tables received sushi orders, including tables seated after me.
Terrible service. I’ve been visiting for nearly 15 years and won’t return.

I tried their all you can eat sushi for only $24 and let me tell you it was AMAZING. The fish was SO fresh and there was so much to choose from. All of the staff were extremely friendly and tentative. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is downright nasty.. Floors and tables sticky, servers clothing was dirty and the tables around us weren’t bussed for over 30 minutes. We waited nearly 15 minutes before a server greeted us.
Most importantly, the food was terrible and overpriced. My wife got steak hibachi and I got three different rolls. What kind of sushi restaurant puts mayonnaise in their rolls? The sirloin steak was dry and hardly seasoned. A small bowl of white rice is $6??
We didn’t expect the best food in the world but it wasn’t even mediocre. I hate giving bad reviews but I wont be giving this restaurant another try.

Amazing time tonight at Sake Cafe! We ate lionfish two different ways -- tempura fried and sushi rolls! Sooooo amazing! Best fish we've ever had. Definitely try it! They have lionfish on the menu all the time. The sushi is always some of the freshest I've ever had. The quality of the food is consistently amazing. Service is top notch. I highly recommend sake cafe to go for date night or family dinner. Great place!

I have a shellfish allergy, so I'm always slightly nervous to have sushi because it's all prepared in the same area. I attended a private lionfish dinner and Chef Adi prepared me lionfish sushi with the lionfish fried separate from other shellfish & it was amazing! I've been back several times & Chef Adi prepares it for me each time now. I greatly appreciate the extra steps he takes to prepare me a dish I love that is safe. He takes great pride in his work, the food is amazing & best of all I can enjoy sushi without taking a benadryl or worse. Thank you Chef Adi! If you haven't tried lionfish, you definitely want to visit Sake & order it.
