I really enjoyed this place, several times when it opened. Even though it was a long running joke at the office, that you'd never get what you ordered or they were always out of things. Well somethings have clearly changed and haven't changed since the last time I went. It now looks like the salads are premade and they just add the extra toppings. I paid the extra $8 for pale grey meat "steak" that tasted off and I received an Italian dressing for an Asian salad. I sure hope you can make the much needed changes

We have tried this place several times now. Each time items were missing in their salads. It's a great concept, just poorly executed. If you advertise your pre made salads to have certain items, how hard is it to put said items in the bowls as they are made. Their accuracy rate is about a 5 at best. Also the dressings are blah.. it's to easy to make good dressings and cheaper in the long run so be better is all can say. I won't be spending 20 dollars on a salad again, I'll just keep going to evermans or Publix where I know I'll get the stuff I want for cheaper and the same dressing.

I was so impressed with the meal that I'm having that I stopped to write this review before I finished eating. Mostly I'm taking a pause because the Southwest Salad I order is not only absolutly delicous, it's HUGE! As a 6ft and 195lb construction worker, having a good portion is a necessity. Having enough food that puts a smile on my face with every bite, well that's a recipe for a repeat customer. Before I tried Salad 'n Dash I would not even think about paying $11 for a lunch salad. Now that I know what I'm missing, $11 is a steal! If you get the chance, try them out!

I parked on Jefferson to go get my monthly service at Drip Parlor and spotted this gem going back to my car so I walked over and right up to the pickup window to place my order. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and a cold brew. It was REALLY good and I’m a both chicken and Caesar connoisseur so I would know ?. I am SO incredibly picky about texture and chicken in general, almost obsessively so, and I’m delighted to say this chicken was AMAZING. My only fear is I’m going to have to go get this all the time now that I’ve discovered a place with chicken that doesn’t make me gag. I usually have to pick out multiple pieces of chicken at places that I don’t see fit to eat and I ate this in its entirety. SUPER fresh and CRUNCHY delicious lettuce and very fresh tasting Caesar dressing as well. I saw a couple reviews mentioning price, and in this current economy I think it’s a great deal for the quality, freshness, and ingredients. You have to understand it can cost almost $15 to feed 1 person at a crappy drive thru these days. So I’m happy to pay their prices. I didn’t deduct off of my review for this, but in all transparency I was taken back by the size of the cold brew for the cost. It was around $7.50 and extremely small. I won’t get my coffee here next time but I’ll be back for the food

Salad was good overall but about on par with Publix premade salads but more expensive. Will probably try this place again — maybe they were having a bad day.

Ordered 2 items with chicken as the protein. The chicken has NO flavor. They forgot to put chicken in my chicken Caesar wrap. The Cobb salad was like a Publix salad but cheaper and flavorless. Disappointed because it’s in a great location but we spent almost $50 for 2 people and ended up throwing our food in the garbage. Will not go back. The people were nice.
I've eaten here twice. Overpriced for what you get. I got the Asian salad with steak the first time and southwest with added chicken the second. The southwest salad is $12 and with chicken +$5, but with tax it came to $21 somehow, not including tip. I didn't get an itemized receipt, just the total after I gave my card. The salads are OK, nothing special. But for $20+ a salad, I'm going elsewhere next time.

We have ordered from Salad 'n Dash twice. The first time we received a different hummus side from what we ordered. Ordered Black Garlic and they gave us Green Goddess instead. The second time we did not receive the Blue Cheese dressing that was ordered with the salad. We did not realize until we were at our final destination so we had to go and purchase dressing from another restaurant. A few notes: The online ordering system is hard to navigate. It makes you select everything that you would like in the salad. It would be much easier to have it assume that you want everything and then add "NO" ________ for the item you do not want added. Also for example, the Cobb salad comes with bacon, but is not listed with the ingredients. While ordering a wrap, I don't see an option for "LIGHT" _______.
Overall, I would give them a third try as all of the food tastes fresh, but I would probably not order ahead. Then I would double check what I received at the window,

I paid for food before 4:00 waited till 4 never got my food but before I left I went to the pickup window and no one was there. I got a confirmation email however no text or email back that my food was ready hopefully I get my food tomorrow
