I did not have a good experience here. Although the environment is nice and inviting, the food was horrible. I ordered the “chopped cheese“ and, while my expectations weren’t high considering I am a New Yorker and this sandwich is a staple up there, I was tremendously disappointed. What I got at this place was not a chopped cheese AT ALL. It was a failed attempt to make one of the simplest sandwiches gourmet lol. It was an absolute disaster. If I saw this on the menu and ordered it as someone who was unfamiliar with this NY staple, I would not understand the hype. Rightfully so, because this is not at all representative of a New York chopped cheese. This absolutely needs to be taken off the menu immediately, as it is an embarrassment. The people I went to this restaurant with aren’t even New Yorkers and they thought the sandwich was hilarious because even they knew it was not right. That said, I did try to set aside the name of the sandwich and enjoy it as it was, and it still wasn’t good even if it was called something else. Positives: location and atmosphere. I haven’t been back, but I’m not opposed to giving it another chance and trying different things on the menu. I’m actually confident I would have a positive experience in the future, but THIS sandwich needs to be taken off the menu.

I've ordered their burgers which were always good but I ordered the Memphis Dog and it was so hot spicy wise I threw the whole thing away. Nowhere on the menu description did it mention anything but something even a little spicy forget so hot it couldn't be eaten!

Went there for lunch and ordered a veggie coney, south of the border burger, New York cheesesteak, and the parmesan fires and it was a total disappointment! The server was nice and attentive, but the food was not good. The veggie coney was not cooked all the way and still cool on the inside with a mushy/soggy bun. The cheesesteak had almost no cheese and completely bland and unseasoned. The burger was cooked to a good temperate, but completely bland. The parmesan fries were room temperature, with about half of them soft and mushy. Altogether we ate about half of our food, very disappointing.

I have been thinking about coming here to try a burger for a while. Why oh why did I wait?! It was so much better than I expected! The burger was flavorful and juicy. Lettuce and tomato was fresh. Fries were crispy and hot. I love the chill environment as well. A no brainer to come back!

Great burgers and fresh cut fries. Got the battle of the bay burger and it was amazing. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in the area. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They also had the football games on, and the environment was chill. Will be back

The red, white, and blue burger was pretty good, if a bit pricey. Beware if you don't love blue cheese.....it's about all you can taste aside from the burger. The fries were decent, but $6 for what's maybe $1.50 serving. Too much cash for not enough fries. If you love fries with a good burger, go to Five Guys.
