Very clean. Food was fresh and cooked to order. Had the Shrimp and Fish Platter. Good size shrimp and batter was great. Wife had the Cuban. Too much mayo but still really good. Maybe more meat next time. Kid had the beef gyro. It was killer! Will be back!

This place is legit-SOOO GOOD! Very clean. The food is seriously really fresh! The amount you get is fantastic! Their sauce for the scampi and chicken wings is their own and it is so good and unique! Prices are very reason as well. The manager went above and beyond and was very nice. Talked to us for quite some time. Even made my husband a special milk shake that wasn't even on the menu but absolutely NEEDS TO BE!! Ask them to make you a special strawberry shake! SO YUMMY! Go by there and try it- it's so worth it...they are open late also! 2am !! Like hello! There's nothing around here that good opened that late- it's really perfect!

After a very long day of work, we ordered delivery from this location. I had no way of going to the restaurant to pick up, so I had to go with delivery. It was a very simple order. When it arrived (Door Dash), the order was wrong. I called, and the man I spoke to read what I ordered back to me. But that is not what was delivered. He told me I could bring it back and they could switch it. I told him I couldn’t, and there was a reason I ordered it to be delivered. He suggested I call Door Dash back. It is not Door Dash’s mistake. If I called them, I would have to wait for another delivery, and possibly be last on their route because they were delivering other meals. Door Dash should not have to fix this. At the very least, he could have offered to give me a break on the price for the inconvenience. He didn’t. An establishment should be willing to fix their mistake, or give the customer a break, and not expect the customer to be even more inconvenienced, to get the order right.
So this was wasted money, as we could not eat that particular order. I don’t have money to throw away. We won’t be back.

I've had multiple things off the menu and I've loved everything. It's always fresh! Im so impressed with everything I try. I highly recommend trying! This has been my go-to when I want to eat out.

I just had a horrible experience at Sam’s Seafood and Grill on Nine Mile Road, our first and last visit. Now, I WILL say my food was delicious. (My husband wasn’t at all impressed with his! He said his shrimp wasn’t fresh and his cocktail sauce was partially frozen.) HOWEVER, as I said, we will never go back. Get this: I ordered a crab leg dinner that comes with potatoes, a roll and a biscuit (or cornbread, something like that) and requested extra butter for the crab. When my meal came (quite a while after my husband’s was served), there was no roll, no biscuit, no butter. I didn’t want the bread anyway, so that really didn’t bother me. But they ALSO didn’t bring me anything whatsoever to crack open the crab legs with. I asked, “Would you bring me extra butter please and some crackers for the crab?” “Oh, we don’t serve crackers,” (!!!) and she immediately ran off. When she came back, she just had one very small tub of semi-melted butter. I asked, with hand motions this time, “Can I have something to crack open the crab legs with?” She replied, “No. We don’t have anything,” turned her back and sped away. I called after her, “How am I supposed to —- ???” but she had turned her back on me and ignored me. (And the fork was plastic.) Needless to say, I left a pretty fair amount of crab on my plate. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 - I’m posting reviews in THREE places! And I emailed the restaurant!

I love the different food selections. Today at the drive thru, I did not feel that positive customer service spirit from one of the employees. I politely told her thank you and have a great day. I got a stare and no smile and no positive feedback. Her Body language spoke negative and seem uninviting. 🙏

I've only been through the drive-thru & tried the rice bowls, which are delicious! But they serve uncooked slices of potato pie. The crust is raw! Dough! I wonder what the Health Dept. would think about that. At first, I thought it was taken out of the oven too soon, but when I called to complain, one of the workers admitted that the pies are bought uncooked, sliced & served as purchased. The good thing is, the worker offered to return my money.
