The ladies that work behind the counter are the rudest people I've met. I e been coming to this place since I was young. Born and raised here but they gotta fix their attitude honestly. Food is great though

the food was good, however there was a sharp piece of plastic (looks like maybe they broke a to go box top and didn’t get all the pieces) in my food.. i chewed on it and it irritated the back of my throat. good thing I didn’t swallow it but it’s been bothering me. be careful

The food is phenomenal imo, I love it. Only thing is that it’s kinda confusing to know when your orders ready since they kinda just out the food on the counter and expect you to grab it. Although I will say the food makes up for it

DoorDash from Sarku often and they always provide high quality food with large quantities for a the best prices! Usually have plenty for two meals! Can’t recommend enough!!

Always great food and one of the cooks is very entertaining. The other employees don't interact as much but everything always tastes great and it's a lot of food for the price. We stop here frequently.
We ordered the beef over noodles with vegetables. The food was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the service was poor. The woman taking the orders was very rude and impolite. I had to tell her three times what I wanted to order because she refused to talk to me. I don't know if she only spoke Japanese, but she has no business taking order if she cannot speak fluent English, or if she has an attitude problem. Either way, I didn't know if she understood me, and it was frustrating placing our orders.
Also,. she automatically gave us the giant sized fountain drinks at a higher cost, which we didn't want. By default they should give you a regular size drink. She should have first asked if we wanted giant sized drinks (which we didn't). It's just a greedy way for them to make more money by giving you the biggest size available without bothering to ask your preference. That is poor service and unethical.
Although the food was good, we will be eating elsewhere in the future where customers are treated much better.

I’ve been coming here for 16 years I shouldn’t feel like it’s a race thing. A lady in front of me giving a story about her disabled daughter & had double meat. He loaded her plate up but didn’t give me as much as hers. We had the same exact thing. I don’t feel like it was the sob story he literally looked at me because he asked her was it hers. It shouldn’t matter who’s plate it is we’re in line just do your job & make it.
