Burger, tots and two drinks…$27 later. Tots tasted ‘fishy’ and absolutely SOAKED with grease. Burger was just OK at best. Could have went to McGuires for less $

Overcooked crunchy burgers and hateful service. Tried getting some lunch today but after standing there a few minutes and finally getting acknowledged the worker told me I would need to wait 5-6 minutes to even order because SHE'S BUSY!! I was only going because of free fry Friday because the last time we ordered 2 doubles we only got a patty and a half on each burger. When this location opened it was so good and I went at least weekly, then the quality and service declined tremendously now I won't be back at all.
Also,if you have a gift card it won't work for online ordering.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place while walking Downtown Pensacola. Oh, are we glad! We both agree that the burgers were possibly the best we've had. The patties we grilled to perfection. They were juicy, charred, and tasty. The meat is Australian Wagyu. The bun was crisp and sweet. The bacon, delicious! Everything about these burgers exceeded our expectations. Go try this place. I guarantee you'll be back. I plan to go again tomorrow!

We ordered four different meals tonight. Everything seemed greasier than necessary. The fries were old, unseasoned and hard to chew. The tots were hot but soggy. The fried pickles were hard and didn’t come with any type of dipping sauce. There were no condiments openly available. Overall the quality was not good, the only real "good" thing I can say is the food was fast.

This is the 2nd time trying them & even a different location & it did not disappoint. This location outside by The Handlebar. We took our order to go as it was raining outside. While waiting we could hear the music playing in the bar.

Had the Boss burger and the beer battered fries with multiple sauces to try. We LOVED the ranch and boss sauce. The burger and fries were delicious. The prices were super reasonable for the quality. We will be back! ??

I love their Handlebar burger, my go-to choice. BUT, last night's order of my go-to burger was a complete failure. The super salted patty was cooked to a crisp, no beef flavor at all. Very disappointed!
