I LOVE the pizza here, but was shocked when I ordered delivery for "meatballs in sauce" and there??? Was no sauce?? Just a dry meatball in a container. Shocking.

If I could give less I would...they have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I ended up not even getting food because their messed up card reader which isnt mounted by the way wouldn't read my card at all.and they made me run it like 5 times..so I decided they couldn't have my money

Worst pizza ever! You overpay for pizza that is literally worse than the cheapest of frozen pizzas. Absolute garbage do not go here! It also looks like they only hire hood rats, so I wouldn’t count on it being very sanitary either. Disgusting. The employees are extremely rude as well as having shitty food.

Absolutely blown away right now ,
After I asked what came with the 11.79 stromboli combo , I was given two options. A side salad or slice of pizza. I chose pizza , when I got to the register , it became 16$ and change.
When I asked why a 4$ upcharge , was told because I chose pizza for my side.
When I explained to the MANAGER that I specifically asked what came with the 11.79 combo. She insisted that it was " NOT HER JOB TO INFORM ME OF UP CHARGES ". Even though I specifically asked.
I'm almost in shock right now. For a manager so say that is mind blowing.

If I could give 0 stars on the service I would. The black guy with the dreads was so rude!!! I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza on Oct. 14. On that day the drinks were 1$ I believe with any purchase, so I ordered 3 drinks because I thought it was a deal. When I questioned him about the total because he rung it up for 2.79 each he begins to tell me oh well when I put it in that's what it rung up for. I pointed at the sign where it says 1$ with any purchase an he goes to the register to give me a refund and says he doesn't have time for this. But I'm glad he did because I went to Pieology outside the mall and received the best service. I will not return to Sabbaro ever if he's behind that counter. Excuse any of my grammar errors I'm typing fast and I refuse to back an fix but hope yall get the picture!!!!

Sat in line for 10-15 mins and got to the cash register and the worker wanted me to go all the way to the end of the line to order? There is no sign , I even asked and they pointed to the cash register. I asked again nicely I said can you just take my order here? All I want is ONE slice of pizza. He said no AFTER watched me wait in line the entire time. Very rude and unprofessional. Safe to say They lost my business and I will never come here again.

We were so disappointed in the food here. We ordered a pepperoni Stromboli and a pepperoni, sausage a bacon Stromboli with a drink. $19. The Strombolis were burnt on the bottom and taste old. Will not be back.

Pizza and breadsticks tasted terrible and were hard to chew. Also, the male cashier was rather discourteous. I definitely don’t recommend.
For over $5 a slice, the pizza, actually being the size you're paying for, matters. The flavor is just mehhh... it needs improvement. The sauce lacks balance, and cheese tastes nothing like mozzarella. Definitely not fresh, either.

Poor service, the individuals working today around 1:45 PM, two gentlemen, and one female, standing with their arms crossed, and talking, and not really providing service. Once I asked the question if I can order a fresh cheese pie, they all looked at each other and stated it would be 20 minutes, but with a displeased look. I proceeded to let them know that it was because the pizzas that are sitting out looked old and I did not want those. I would love a fresh one and no return conversation on top of giving me the eyes basically not to order one because they did not want to make one they prefer I bought the old plastic looking pizzas that were sitting out. When my daughter and I and three grandchildren decided we’re going to walk away. They stared at us and did not even try to accommodate once we walked a little further. They proceeded to go back into their conversation as that was more important than trying to make money for the company . Never will I return or my daughter that lives in Pensacola and the three grandchildren. Very disappointing, horrible as is the summer and there’s plenty of people to service.

Use to be my absolute favorite pizza. Ordered large pepperoni. The entire middle was nothing but mush. Just terrible. I threw it away. Nothing crispy about any of that crust.
