I come here a couple times a month and the people are always so friendly. The food is always great too. Genuinely better than you'd expect from a food court.

To provide context, I grew up with Sbarro pizza. It's one of my favorites, even if it's on the commercial size. The location is like any typical mall eatery and I would say clean from what I've viewed. They heat up your slice of pizza on a conveyor belt, so that was a nice surprise. It's a good New York style crust, and the balance and flavors of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni are still the same as when I last got Sbarro at least 10 years ago. For $5-6 a slice, not a bad option for pizza at all.

I went here trying to buy three slices of pizza. There were at least six pieces of dried up, old, and gross looking pizza slices sitting out. He had just pulled a new one out of the oven that looked edible. I asked if I could buy three of those pieces from the new Pizza, and he said that he had to sell the old stuff first. What a ridiculous concept. They get no sale, because they won't sell a decent piece of pizza.

I LOVE the pizza here, but was shocked when I ordered delivery for "meatballs in sauce" and there??? Was no sauce?? Just a dry meatball in a container. Shocking.

If I could give less I would...they have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I ended up not even getting food because their messed up card reader which isnt mounted by the way wouldn't read my card at all.and they made me run it like 5 times..so I decided they couldn't have my money

Worst pizza ever! You overpay for pizza that is literally worse than the cheapest of frozen pizzas. Absolute garbage do not go here! It also looks like they only hire hood rats, so I wouldn’t count on it being very sanitary either. Disgusting. The employees are extremely rude as well as having shitty food.

Absolutely blown away right now ,
After I asked what came with the 11.79 stromboli combo , I was given two options. A side salad or slice of pizza. I chose pizza , when I got to the register , it became 16$ and change.
When I asked why a 4$ upcharge , was told because I chose pizza for my side.
When I explained to the MANAGER that I specifically asked what came with the 11.79 combo. She insisted that it was " NOT HER JOB TO INFORM ME OF UP CHARGES ". Even though I specifically asked.
I'm almost in shock right now. For a manager so say that is mind blowing.
If I could give 0 stars on the service I would. The black guy with the dreads was so rude!!! I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza on Oct. 14. On that day the drinks were 1$ I believe with any purchase, so I ordered 3 drinks because I thought it was a deal. When I questioned him about the total because he rung it up for 2.79 each he begins to tell me oh well when I put it in that's what it rung up for. I pointed at the sign where it says 1$ with any purchase an he goes to the register to give me a refund and says he doesn't have time for this. But I'm glad he did because I went to Pieology outside the mall and received the best service. I will not return to Sabbaro ever if he's behind that counter. Excuse any of my grammar errors I'm typing fast and I refuse to back an fix but hope yall get the picture!!!!

Sat in line for 10-15 mins and got to the cash register and the worker wanted me to go all the way to the end of the line to order? There is no sign , I even asked and they pointed to the cash register. I asked again nicely I said can you just take my order here? All I want is ONE slice of pizza. He said no AFTER watched me wait in line the entire time. Very rude and unprofessional. Safe to say They lost my business and I will never come here again.

We were so disappointed in the food here. We ordered a pepperoni Stromboli and a pepperoni, sausage a bacon Stromboli with a drink. $19. The Strombolis were burnt on the bottom and taste old. Will not be back.
