I hope their customer service here gets better. We always get our pizza from here but lately they didn't want to take our order 40 minutes before they closed. Then I call 2 says later and get hung up on 4 times when trying to call in order. Other than that it's good pizza.

I just left Cordova mall and this bread that they gave me is old and too hard to eat, but I blame myself for not checking it before I left. I want my money back. I'm calling corporate in the morning.

Ordered a large pie online. I put a note in all capital letters to not slice the pizza. I was very clear about them not slicing it so that we could take it home and put it in our oven since we have a half hour drive. They cut it anyway and then of course it doesn’t fit in the box so it slid around.

Stood in line waiting to be served and both employees just looked at me and my husband and kept doing what they were doing. When I asked if they are taking orders the older lady with glasses at appx 1:45 said she was busy. That is no way to talk to a customer. We went somewhere else. She should have said I’ll be right with you the. We would have understood. Poor service and she shouldn’t be working.

I ate here twice today. Never disappoints. Thanks to Thaddeus for a phenomenal mushroom slice as well as a cheese slice. Had ziti and salad last time. The red sauce always reminds of home.

Went to the mall to eat lunch with 4 of our kids. They wanted pizza, so we went to get them pizza. I asked for a whole pepperoni pizza as there are only 6 slices per pizza. They said it would be 15 min wait when they had 5 pepperoni pizzas already made. Even though we were the only ones there they said they couldn’t sell those that they would have to charge us per slice if we took those. Bad customer service.

The food is awful and so is the customer service. I don't know her name, but the lady that works there that wears glasses and has short hair has a serious attitude problem. I do not recommend this place to anyone. ???
