Every time I come here the food is great and the drinks are on point. The loaded potato soup is awesome. You have to try it!

My experience at Schlotzsky's 9 mile Road was characterized by terrible service. Problem appeared not to do with not enough crew nor a large crowd but poor leadership and training. After much time and not receiving my ordered sandwich and asking for a refund, I walked out.

GO QUITE OFTEN .FOOD IS GREAT . WILL BE BACK .

Kind of pricey but good food

the owners at this location don't care to actually hire employees that work and the employees that are still there don't care for the job because they know it's a joke and the company's owners are a joke as well this company is going to fail 100% and it's making the schlotzkeys name look so bad

I always use the drive thru here, and service is efficient. I love Schlotzkys food in any case. No complaints in several months of stops, which is great! I'm a vegetarian and generally get the veggie on sour dough.

Just went for our first visit. Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich. They didn't seem to worried about it. They said they were short handed but by reading other comments they seem to be short handed quite a bit.

Had to change this rating from five stars to one star. Our visit was good on Friday. Tonight, Sunday, we went through the drive through. The only thing that was correct in the order was the cinnamon rolls. The salad was missing the cabbage, goat cheese, candied pecans and dried cranberries as the menu described. The sandwich was to have nothing on it but mustard. It had lettuce tomato onion and olives on it. The order was $51. Have no idea why it was that expensive

Easy to get in and out. Fast friendly service. Great variety and value. Plenty to choose from and always fesh.

Had a longer than anticipated wait at the counter to order because the woman taking orders had to clean up a spill at the drink station and apparently she was the only one who could take your order, even though several other employees where available. The entire atmosphere seemed dead and the staff all acted like they would rather be anywhere else but there. Food wasn't too bad but can't get past the disinterested staff.

Waited at register for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged and our order taken. Quality of food poor. Especially with the kid's pizza and the orchard salad. I will post pictures with this post. The pizza was not fully heated and not all the cheese was melted. The cookie that came with the kids meal was not fresh either. My 6yr old was having a hard time eating it and when I bit into it, it was hard. The salad was not fresh. Some of the lettuce looked as though it had sat around in something wet and rotted, making the salad VERY unappetizing! Eating that can make a person sick. Not something I want. I believe there needs to be better attention to detail and to the quality of the ingredients used in the food we buy. There are no excuses. Period.

The food was awesome. We came in on Sunday after church, there was a little bit of a wait but understandable for the amount of people in the restaurant. Food was very good. But the people that were work were amazing working very hard and super apolgetic for the longer wait. Will be coming back because of their great attitudes.
