Great little drive through coffee hut. Warning, their frozen coffees are highly addictive, I think they put ice cream in them, I don't know, but they have become both my daughter and I's favorite coffee shop as far as taste goes. The staff are always very friendly and not in your face or overly trendy.

The regular coffee was pretty weak. I dont know about everyone else, but I actually like to taste my coffee. I'm sure the specialty drinks are fine. But I would recommend brewing a stronger coffee. I'd gladly change this review if its better in the future.

We went and got a blend, burrito, and mini donuts. The blend was smooth and perfectly balanced between coffe and sweet. The burrito was great. It was crispy and so warm and gooey from cheese. The mini donuts were a delight and very affordable. I would probably get the donuts every time I go since they are only a $1. This place is great and they were very quick and friendly.

I come here several times a week and order the same thing today the price was different tried to explain to the person that they were charging me incorrectly she continues on to tell me she was right. I said ok and left. The extra .90 plus cent she overcharged me was not the issue the fact that I get the same thing everything and she was so caught up on being right that she lost a sale this morning. It is too many coffee shops in Pensacola to deal with bad customer service. 1st time for everything normally my service here is amazing.

Normally I really enjoy the caramelicious drink and blueberry muffins,, but this morning I ordered and paid for a double order of muffins and a small blended caramelicious coffee. The people were pleasant but I only got three muffins. I should have looked in the bag but was on the way to work. A disappointment and the phone number listed on line is disconnected, so I hope this is read and noted for future reference and a little more care.

I stumbled upon this spot while traveling—it was my first time seeing this franchise. I took a little longer in the drive-through to look over the menu and ask a few questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The woman taking my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking the time to walk me through their coffee options and explain the different roasts. The coffee was delicious, and the customer service was top-tier. I’m genuinely impressed!
