Normally I really enjoy the caramelicious drink and blueberry muffins,, but this morning I ordered and paid for a double order of muffins and a small blended caramelicious coffee. The people were pleasant but I only got three muffins. I should have looked in the bag but was on the way to work. A disappointment and the phone number listed on line is disconnected, so I hope this is read and noted for future reference and a little more care.
I stumbled upon this spot while traveling—it was my first time seeing this franchise. I took a little longer in the drive-through to look over the menu and ask a few questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The woman taking my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking the time to walk me through their coffee options and explain the different roasts. The coffee was delicious, and the customer service was top-tier. I’m genuinely impressed!
I've tried Scooters a few times and ever have been impressed, even though I keep hoping I will be. The drinks have been underwhelming everytime, the food I never even finished because it was clearly frozen and poorly reheated and just not good.
