I work nearby and have noticed very LARGE RATS in the back parking lot on multiple occasions. I have also seen them coming out of what appears to be the restaurant’s rear entrance, possibly connected to the kitchen. While the food is not bad, it’s not exceptional either. Unfortunately, seeing this has made me uncomfortable and I no longer feel confident dining there.

Amazing food and amazing service. Our server was Quan and he was awesome, super friendly and efficient. The food was good, we both got the beef pho and the broth was light but flavorful, the Thai tea was also amazing and the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The crab rangoons were homemade and beautifully wrapped. The inside of the place was super clean and cozy, plus they had candies on the way out. Would definitely go again.

My fiancé and I just moved to Pensacola from Arizona and was on the lookout for a new pho spot. This was the first one we tried along with a couple more but this spot is our #1! The food is unbelievably delicious along with the service. You can tell they take pride in their business and I love that. I highly recommend to anyone who wants good quality food and great service. The pho was very good here. We ordered the pan fried rice noodle combination and that was amazing. You don't see this type of dish hardly in any viet restaurant. It was so crispy and the sauce over the top was just top notch.

I’ve gone here a few times, and I can confirm that their pho hits the spot consistently. I get excited to eat every bowl, every time. I love the drinks too! Today, I got the avocado smoothie with boba and it was not too sweet, and perfectly blended - no chunky ice crystals here!
I was thrilled to learn they don't use MSG and make everything in-house. It’s rare to find a family owned spot that holds their food to such a high health standard. Knowing they serve customers the same quality they’d feed their own family makes me feel truly valued. You can really taste the heart they pour into their service and craft.
I will always return, and I enjoy the cozy ambience. Thankful for all the times they satisfied my pho craving!

The food and speed of service were excellent. Our food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering and was delicious! However, it took us a while to receive refills for our drinks, and the owner(s) appeared to have their screaming young child in the lobby while patrons were dining. My experience was okay overall, outside of the noise from their child.
