I've been here MANY times and I am always blown away by how amazing the food is and how wonderful the service is here! It is my go to spot for outstanding Pho! Not only that but their fruit teas are to die for! They know what they are doing and they do it well!! I'll always recommend this place for anyone in the area!

Little far away from the beach, but it's worth driving. Will return if I am back in Pensacola again. Great foods

Amazing atmosphere and service!!! Food was very good, but I wanted a little more flavor, and I wish they provided more herbs for the pho. But the service and atmosphere were so on point, it warrants 5 stars! Thanks for a great lunch!

I have frequented this restaurant many times over the last few years both dining in and ordering takeout. I have never had anything but a warm and positive experience. The staff is always kind and helpful and the food is always satisfying and delicious.
I highly recommend B4, pho rare steak and any of their fruit or boba teas.
One of my favorite restaurants in Pensacola š
Delicious and authentic with a friendly atmosphere!
The food is fine, but definitely not good enough for the terrible service we had. We will not be back.

This is an honest opinion and although we had a great experience today - I would not recommend or be back to this place.
One the worst things I saw was one of the wait staff cleaning the bus tubs of dishes and pouring remains into a trash bag then handle food right after. This kind of set the rest of the time for the visit
1. Food: we had a party of 4 and we all order Pho of some sort and some spring roll and crab Rangoon appetizers.
* the pho was ok. I gave it 3 of 5 stars. Iād much rather eat at Bien Den Dong, Saigon Market or my favorite - Golden Palace.
* the appetizers were ok. The spring rolls were fresh and tasty and although the crab Rangoon seemed a bit watery - they tasted great and the technique was pretty!
2. Service - we had several different servers so Iām not sure who my main server was. However of the three that checked on us I would say the guy with one earring - I called him Asian George Micheal was definitely waking every one up as he go goād because he was yelling Vietnamese at different times and I thought it was unprofessional. Oh well at least he didnāt mess with garbage then handle food. But he was the downer of the service trio.
3. Atmosphere - the vibe was ok if you can overlook the 4 or 5 portable acās they had trying to cool the place down. Not only did you have to contend with that noise the tv was blaring some YouTube playlist of Vietnam street vendors which was culturally interesting. Other than that I didnāt feel comfortable because I felt dirty and I didnāt even think about visiting the bathroom. Obviously this is a rebranded restaurant but the least they could have done was masked the portable acās and perhaps cleaned and repainted the dining room and ceiling. It just felt ick! I hope I donāt get sick today. I would venture a good food inspection is warranted.
Lastly clean up the hood vents! I mean thereās grease poor if out the hood vents and running down the shingled roof. One spark and that place is toast. Insurance liability much? Perhaps Asians donāt believe in that!
It wasnāt a horrible visit but it wasnāt great and I wonāt be back and I wonāt be recommending anyone I meet. Just do your own recon. We enjoy being foodies and especially of Asian cuisine. We know how it should taste and we know how restaurants should look and feel. We just rather not be food establishment owners - a little pride would be helpfulā¦..maybe an AC or two!

Love the food here! My favorite is the Pho Tai, the broth is so rich. The service here is amazing as all the staff are so nice and attentive, and the restaurant is very clean and peaceful. Would 100% come here again!

This was our 1st time eating at Pho Pensacola and sadly it will be our last. We ordered an appetizer as well as 3 meals (D1 and 2 D3). We had to ask for plates to share the appetizer as well as silverware because 2 didn't use chopsticks. The main dishes were barely warm and had no flavor, even the sauce that came with the dishes had no flavor. The meat didn't even look like it was grilled, it was chewy. We had to ask for dipping sauce for our egg rolls that came with the meals. We don't know if there was an AC problem but all the fans set up were noisy and close to the tables. At the time we were there only customers eating. The young lady that waited on us was very nice. We love Vietnamese food and knowing how flavorful the dishes are...these dishes were so disappointing.

1st time here. We had spring rolls, & vermicelli w/grilled chicken. 1st spring rolls were dry, 2nd the chicken was not grilled, more like sautƩed and the Vermicelli tasted old, the sauce was bland and worst of all the Food was lukewarm.
Went in to get lunch and ordered 1 bowl of pho, 2 spring rolls, and a fried fish plate that included fried. Plus a boba and a passion fruit tea for the kids. The orders came out and I bit into the fish and fries, there was no flavor at all, not even a hint of salt on either the fish or fries. No idea how you can mess fries up but they did. I thought about drowning everything out with ketchup but then split the fish down the middle and it wasnāt cooked, at all. I attempted to wait for the waitress to come back to the table, but she never came and I had to get up to show a gentleman the fish. He apologized and said that it would be removed from the ticket.
At this point I was ready to go and didnāt plan on leaving a review. The pho and spring rolls didnāt have any issues so my wife ate while I assisted the kids with eating. We paid and left. On the drive home, I noticed the āseedsā in my kidās passion fruit tea looked weird. It happened to be roaches. My wife called the restaurant when we got home and informed them and was instructed to ātake a picture to show them and the manager would give another drinkā. Why would we want another drink after seeing all of this? This is when I decided to leave the review and regret not taking a photo of the fish and fries.
