Sadly I cannot comment on the food, this review refers to their poor business skills. I have tried to come dine at Shirley’s twice; however, both of their locations have been closed each time, despite their online information stating otherwise. The 9th avenue address is the only address listed on google and their Facebook page, but when we got there it was closed and had a small sign asking customers to visit their second Underwood location. Both phone numbers we attempted went straight to voicemail. So we decided to drive over to the Underwood location and, of course, it was closed, despite their online pages stating they are open on Sundays. I would love to try their food but so far it’s been a huge waste of gas and time. Please update your online information to reflect accurate locations and hours.

AMAZING chicken salad!!! First time trying out this place and it's so worth stopping by to check it out. The salad was so good!! I got lemongrass tea and that was excellent as well! Super cute atmosphere! Very homey!

We had just dropped off some friends at the Pensacola Airport and were looking for a local breakfast place. My wife googled this Shirley's but it was waay more than we expected. We pulled up to what looked like an old style two story home. When we saw the sign we knew it was the right place. The proprietor was very friendly and she led us through a series of "living rooms" filled with local artwork and small and large tables and chairs. After some small talk she took our order and welcomed us to explore the different rooms to see the artwork which was on sale if you wanted to purchase. She left to prepare our meal and you could tell she took pride in her cooking. The meals were delicious! Everything was locally raised or farmed. My bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich was great. She asked if scallion mayonnaise was ok, and I'm glad I said yes. The croissant was toasted and very fresh. My wife's breakfast bowl had kale, sliced potatoes, bacon, egg, and salsa on the side. The whole place and staff had a very "California" vibe to it. They are earth friendly and recycle conscious. I loved this place!!

Impecibly clean. Minimal selection for breakfast. The VERY BEST breakfast burrito I've eaten in 40 years; rolled tighly, FILLED with eggs, cheese and sausage, HOT!! Incredibly yummy unusual bakery goods..especially the almond, lemon cookies. Service was rather casual. Friendly staff. I'll definitely return.

AMAZING food and coffee! My favorite part was the bookshelf in the back with tons of interesting reads! I loved the artwork everywhere as well! The owner mentioned how they do an art show every month as well for local artists and i loved that!

It is a fairly cute little restaurant with a limited menu. I had the chicken salad and found it satisfactory. The service was not very friendly at all.
