We got the garlic knots and they were 10/10. Everything that was coming out looked great, can’t wait to return!

Love the pizza and the calzones but the sandwiches are by far my favorite! I love to get jiggy with the get figgy! Great food to match great beer.

The food here is so delicious! Especially the pizza! My favorite is the peach one by far! But other than how great the food is, the customer service is always great, and being able to get some great craft beers while you eat pizza, is one of my many joys in life! I suggest it to anyone!

Getting the hangover pizza was like the first time I watched Shakira dance. It was perfect.

Great food and great service! Will definitely be back. Shared the turkey sandwich and the Post Spronza pizza. Both were excellent! And they pair great with the beer inside.

I placed an order at a kiosk inside the emerald republic brewery. I tipped and gave my phone number. They texted me when pizza was done and I went and got it from the food truck out front. I asked for plates and silverware - there were none. I asked for Parmesan cheese and I was told it was somewhere inside the brewery - ok! I paid $32 for a smaller pizza that was good. It wasn’t great; but it was good. This was second time I ordered from here. The last time I ordered cheese sticks. They were not cooked well enough; cheese was not totally melted and sticks were not crunchy. I felt that maybe the oil wasn’t hot enough. I gave them benefit of the doubt since I was there right at opening. I’m just not sure we will order food from there again.

So much potential here for good food! A busy brewery with GREAT BEER needs to be paired with great pizza. Add A LOT more toppings or add more flavor with fresh herbs…don’t just drown it with cheese UNLESS it’s fresh burrata. If you’re Italian you’ll understand! The dude making pizza: you are literally the front face customers see. Laugh back at the joke, smile or better yet hire someone so you don’t have 1 hour pizza waits

I did order this through a delivery app but shame on whoever boxed up this pizza like it would be okay. I worked in the industry for years and this would be considered unacceptable to serve.

Really good pizza, wish there were some more toppings but overall very good! Mozzarella sticks were also good and all paired well with Emerald Republic's beer!
Best pizza in town!

Went with work friends for after-hours beer, and this truck was there. Had the rabbit pizza so amazing, so happy with this spot. When I think of pizza, this is what I'm after!
Long story short, my ticket got lost (I GET IT, food service is tough and these things happen sometimes). After about 30 minutes I asked about it and they not only made it right within about 10 minutes total, they gave me a cannoli to apologize. The owner was a total sweetheart, as was her staff. The food though? DELICIOUS. The crust was one of the best I've ever had. I make pizzas from scratch at home frequently, and none I've ever made with homemade sauce/crust and bought-that-day ingredients have tasted as fresh as this pizza. I'm so glad I made the decision to try it and I WILL be back!
