Have gone there (and the previous location) at least once/year for 20 years The "round" main area is SOOO noisy and usually super cold/drafty that I can't give this a 5. It's really distracting from the meal. You can hear the conversation from a table 15 feet away, but not the person sitting across from you. They really should put some sound absorbing tiles in the ceiling and maybe on the north wall. The food is always excellent and service too Price to quantity is a little too expensive, especially for Pcola I'll go back because my wife loves the Greek style cooking and usually gets the grouper, but i always cringe when i walk in Maybe they'll read this and get the place quieter

BRIDES BEWARE.This is the most unprofessional team of event planners I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We signed a contract and paid in full ten months before the event. Over the course of the next six months, it took the event planner over two months to reply to an email with questions as simple as: how many tables will we need? She forgot about details of our event we'd discussed with her in the past and rarely replied to all of our questions.Fast forward to four months before our event. COVID-19 is still raging and we needed to reschedule. We emailed them twice within a week trying to get a reply. The answer? "I'm not longer with Skopelos due to their recent decision to close indefinitely". No details. But our message was forwarded along to someone else, who got back to us a day and a half later. She didn't acknowledge our desire to reschedule or cancel, but simply told us they no longer have a functioning kitchen, that we'd have to use HER catering company, and the best part - the venue space has DOUBLED in price. But hey, since we'd already paid in full, she'll bump it down to 50% off for us. How generous. Four months before our wedding.I have no idea how long the other brides on the event calendar will wait before they hear about this sad attempt at a bait-and-switch. I have no idea how long we would've sat there thinking our event was "on" had we not needed to reschedule. The only positive I can say here is they didn't break the legal contract after we demanded a refund because they failed to uphold their end of things. Not that they offered one outright. Save your money and book elsewhere, this entire experience was just insulting.

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of the restaurant itself, its very elegant, but the food is just not good. Most of the time it comes out cold. If you want to have a cocktail in a excellent environment this is your place.

quality meals, mmm, so delicious. It's so delicious. The service was very welcoming and sociable. It has a nice atmosphere. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.

This was a great place for a special brunch. The restaurant is gorgeous. Guests can sit in the covered patio, the indoor sunroom, or the main dining room. Brunch had a variety of options including good options for vegetarians. Also the service was incredible. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. We stopped by before leaving town, and we accidentally left without our card. We were hours away before realizing it, but the restaurant very kindly mailed us back the card. Really beautiful place with delicious food. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation for 2 ahead of time. Service was very exceptional. Food quality was not good, we waited an hour for our main dishes (the great server did bring some fresh fruit while we were waiting) and when the main dishes did arrive they were not very good nor fresh. I ordered the acai bowl and it was room-temp with way too much honey added. I went to Waterboyz instead afterward for a better/fresher acai bowl. Good service, good drinks, bad food. Stop by for a moment but I wouldn't stay too long, theres better options around Palafox.

Our first visit to this restaurant. Found it clean orderly and very well laid out. They didn't seat us next to other people which was a plus as they are practicing social distancing. We entered wearing a mask. Nice selection on the menu. If you're in a hurry this is not the place for you. This is fine dining is my definition. Fancy food dishes backed up by fancy prices. Appetizers first, salad next, main dish follows. Awesome drink menu along with a dessert drink menu. Relaxing atmosphere. Vegan menu was a plus. I would definitely return.

*Update* management reached out to me and was very uoset about the circumstances, they were so kind I did want to update to a 4 because thwy went beyond the realm of customer service. If you have 2 hours to sit and wait for appetizers then this is the restaurant for you. We tried to order a maple bacon old fashion, a girl scout cookie old fashion, a turtle brownie, then a walnut ice cream guess what out of them all . Waitress was not welcoming at all, actually she was rude to be honest. Watched the management come out for problems at least 5 times during visit. Will not be going back.

I just had my wedding at Skopelos and it was a huge mistake. The only good part was that the food was excellent and the servers were very nice and efficient. The coordinator and management was very unprofessional and had the worst communication I have ever experienced. Nancy Nester was supposed to help us plan and be there the day of to help organize things. She did not speak to me or my husband one time the entire day to see if things were going okay. She waited until last minute to finalize our details and never returned any of my phones calls throughout the process. She also gave us all the wrong information on timing and their event information. We had the ceremony in the courtyard and we were told we would have it until 5:00 p.m. at 4:00 p.m. they told us we had to have it cleaned up by 4:30 when we were still doing pictures and trying to enjoy our day. I was very disappointed with our experience and I will never have another event here ever again!!

We recently held a Surprise Birthday Dinner for my Mother In-Laws 90th Birthday at Skopelos. What a wonderful venue and wonderful hosts. The banquet room was set-up to provide plenty of spacing, and private facilities for our party of 50, consisting of 4 generations, with a variety of needs. The food was excellent and the staff was right there to take care of of all of our needs.I can't tell you how pleased my Mother In-Law was.

It was our 41st wedding anniversary and we were treated, as always, as a special guest. We had a spectacular dinner. Happy 61st Anniversary to you, Skopelos!
