Not sure what's going on with this location but I gave them 2 tries in the last week and they failed both times! First visit I Ordered a smoothie bowl and paid extra to add peanut butter squeeze. They failed to add the peanut butter and I didn't notice until I was already headed back to work. 2nd visit, ordered the same exact thing and had my husband go pick it up. This time they got it COMPLETELY WRONG and sent me an actual smoothie in a cup with a straw.. Wth?! The only reason I ordered from this location was because it was convenient but I won't be back!

Our experience at Smoothie King was excellent. Our food came out looking exactly like the poster advertisement! The service was friendly, fast, and professional. The guys who were on 10/16/2025 around lunchtime are doing great work. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and thought we ought to share our experience. The avocado toast was amazing! Smoothies were great like always.

Why would you ask me if I bought my drink as the only black person in my group? You didn't ask the others. It's your job to hand out the drink to the customer. You could've asked the woman you work that rang me up to check. Very unprofessional to ask if I paid when it clear I did.

First I was skipped in line to place my order, signage is very inadequate. After placing order, I had to wait 10 minutes to cash out, because the cashier was too worried about balancing the till and counting his tips, and then other person could not ring me up because the previous cashier did not set the register up. I promise that I will never return, I realize that the younger generation needs to work, but can someone please teach them what customer service is and quit worrying about entitlement and focus on common sense

I used to go to the Pace, FL location due to it being closer to my home, but I have had bad experiences every time! This Smoothie King is vastly different! The staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond. I am in and out in 5 minutes. Thank y’all for treating your customers so well!

Someone tole me that Smoothie King will be offering bread soon. This place has always been a gluten free haven for people with celiac like me. Now that you guys are goint to be preparing gluten I don't think anyone who has a sensitivity should go anywhere near this place. You just lost a lot of support, as soon as people learn about this you will lose a lot of traction. Go back to being safe for people of ALL DIETARY RESTRICTIONS!!!!
Love my gladiator with chocolate, bananas and strawberries- in my many years of attending this facility. This is the same drink and it always taste the. The service is possibly with the lowest possible - the quickest I’ve ever seen. It’s not a place to sit and enjoy as the atmosphere is more of a walk and walk out or stop in and get out. Quick and easy. Staff are always wonderful z& professional, remember to tip them! They are too just like waiters and waitresses. And they make the place as good as it is…
Parking: It depends on when you go truly makes the parking lot seem a struggle- as it is located with multiple shopping stores, and services.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are amazing with children as I’ve seen them service children there.
Wheelchair accessibility: They don’t have the automatic doors or don’t recall seeing the button- there is a rap at the end of the building four wheel wheelchairs.

I showed up to this specific location 5 min ago 8:47pm and was trying to get two bowls made. A nice treat for my wife and I. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location. The guy working stated “we are out of bowls” and then he proceeded to state “usually cut off is at 8:30 for bowls” so I politely asked “so y’all aren’t out of bowls you just aren’t wanting to make them?” He proceeded to say “yes that’s correct” welllllll I’m glad that’s what we do and I’m especially glad I didn’t order it online like I was going to because I would’ve been upset come pickup and I am told the same thing. That was nothing more than a lazy worker who wants to get paid to do the easy blended drinks. You stand around and finally get a customer with an order MORE PAYING than the drinks and refuse because you just don’t want to put in the work. I WILL come back tomorrow to get my bowls. But I am very upset that I drove all the way here and was refused service because he didn’t want to make the 2 bowls 15minutes before closing. Date: 02/07/2025 @ 8:50PM

Me and my family have tried all the fall samples that have come out and they have been so nasty. Taste like a baby food consistency and so I called after this last one the pecan delight to ask the manager what is in the sample smoothies because their regular smoothies doesn’t taste nasty like this at all and she said she agree that the texture is off as well as the taste and that she wasn’t for sure why that no new ingredients are being used for them specifically. People we do not want any of these fall samples to stay around so please do a review about these fall smoothie samples.
