Andrew made my smoothie, and took the extra care and patience to accommodate my (many) modifications, add the amount of cinnamon I like, and give me my healthcare discount. I walked in and place seemed dirty. The guy behind had a nice attitude and seemed to juggle multi customers at one time which is why I gave some stars but I do questioned how well they cleaned the containers since all I saw is that he just ran water through the blender and the counter space seemed messy. Ended up ordering a 32oz and immediately noticed the taste seemed off. Thought it was bc I changed the base to Oat milk but I ended up getting sick that evening from it. Not sure which aspect of the smoothie, bad fruit, dirty environment, the milk and etc but it was definitely from something in that smoothie.

I usually have a pleasant experience until I tried placing and order via the app that was never processed due to error and then I was charged twice for it. I reached out to customer service and still have not heard anything back. This is not the first time this has happened but they usually get back to me and I haven't heard anything. I left both my phone number and email address.

Not sure what's going on with this location but I gave them 2 tries in the last week and they failed both times! First visit I Ordered a smoothie bowl and paid extra to add peanut butter squeeze. They failed to add the peanut butter and I didn't notice until I was already headed back to work. 2nd visit, ordered the same exact thing and had my husband go pick it up. This time they got it COMPLETELY WRONG and sent me an actual smoothie in a cup with a straw.. Wth?! The only reason I ordered from this location was because it was convenient but I won't be back!

Our experience at Smoothie King was excellent. Our food came out looking exactly like the poster advertisement! The service was friendly, fast, and professional. The guys who were on 10/16/2025 around lunchtime are doing great work. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and thought we ought to share our experience. The avocado toast was amazing! Smoothies were great like always.

Why would you ask me if I bought my drink as the only black person in my group? You didn't ask the others. It's your job to hand out the drink to the customer. You could've asked the woman you work that rang me up to check. Very unprofessional to ask if I paid when it clear I did.
First I was skipped in line to place my order, signage is very inadequate. After placing order, I had to wait 10 minutes to cash out, because the cashier was too worried about balancing the till and counting his tips, and then other person could not ring me up because the previous cashier did not set the register up. I promise that I will never return, I realize that the younger generation needs to work, but can someone please teach them what customer service is and quit worrying about entitlement and focus on common sense

I used to go to the Pace, FL location due to it being closer to my home, but I have had bad experiences every time! This Smoothie King is vastly different! The staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond. I am in and out in 5 minutes. Thank y’all for treating your customers so well!
