I waited for my order for 15 mints and no one came to window and when I went to pick up in store guy will not open door and asked me to go back in line . Need my refund back .

Associates are kind and helpful with questions. My smoothies have always been tasty and made exactly as ordered. I've been coming here since 2016 and have never been disappointed with my purchase. Peak meal times can cause a longer wait but it's worth it. Thanks for a great experience guys!

I ordered the PB Swizzle bowl and while I was at home eating it, I felt something in the back of my throat that I couldn’t swallow and it began making me cough. I had to reach all the way into my mouth until I felt on the very back of my tongue a scraggly piece of white, hard plastic. I have no idea what came from but this is totally unacceptable. Then to top it all off when I was moving the fruit around to find more trash, a blueberry still had the stem attached. I will not be back!

I visit the 9 mile road store about 3 times a week and it is always great. Friday 7/21/23 I ordered a smoothie that just wasn't quite right and I didn't realize it until I got to work. First chance I got I called them and the young woman that answered the phone was so nice and understood. I don't usually call and complain but this is a meal replacement so I really wanted my smoothie. ? I had actually gotten this smoothie at a lesser price because of rewards, so I felt even worse calling but she took care of it without hesitation! There was training going on. Things happen! I didn't get her name but thank you so much!!!!! I want to also add that customer service is fantastic. Everyone that I have encountered is always smiling and courteous and has helped me figure out the menu while on this "get fit" journey!!!!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!!

Ordered pick-up only to find the lobby closed at 5:30pm during rush hour. Had a sign by the door lobby closed, drive-thru only. Hard to see with the long drive-thru line. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get thru drive-thru to pick up my order. The employee was nice at window.

I ordered a mixed berry smoothie, but unfortunately all I could taste was dirty ice from what I can assume is a very disgusting, moldy ice machine. The employees all acted miserable, but that was the least of my worries. Moldy ice is a health hazard. Please fix this.
