After waiting almost 10 minutes for my order in the drive through, I see the employees walking around like they have all day. I saw one employee grab the tip jar and started to counting the money that was in it. Meanwhile I'm waiting and waiting on my order that I never got because I had to leave because I was starting to run late. Luckily I had not yet paid for it, so I didn't lose anything. Won't ever go back, if this is how they do business. I used to be a regular customer, not anymore !!

Someone tole me that Smoothie King will be offering bread soon. This place has always been a gluten free haven for people with celiac like me. Now that you guys are goint to be preparing gluten I don't think anyone who has a sensitivity should go anywhere near this place. You just lost a lot of support, as soon as people learn about this you will lose a lot of traction. Go back to being safe for people of ALL DIETARY RESTRICTIONS!!!!

Service was horrible. The 1 girl couldnt stay off her phone long enough to make 1 item. Every few seconds she was looking at smart watch laughing then grabbed her phone from pocket and text while i stood there waiting. Had to wait 8 minutes for 1 item and the other worker had to pour in the cup and give it to me because other gurl was too busy on her phone. I was told by someone that the owner doesnt ever go to the stores or dont care what happens there thats ridiculous if true.

Myra is the best. I am 74 and had never been to a smoothie king. I am battling cancer and needed something nutritious with protein. What she made for me was delicious! I will be back. Myra obviously enjoys her job...don't let her get away!

Associates are kind and helpful with questions. My smoothies have always been tasty and made exactly as ordered. I've been coming here since 2016 and have never been disappointed with my purchase. Peak meal times can cause a longer wait but it's worth it. Thanks for a great experience guys!

I ordered the PB Swizzle bowl and while I was at home eating it, I felt something in the back of my throat that I couldn’t swallow and it began making me cough. I had to reach all the way into my mouth until I felt on the very back of my tongue a scraggly piece of white, hard plastic. I have no idea what came from but this is totally unacceptable. Then to top it all off when I was moving the fruit around to find more trash, a blueberry still had the stem attached. I will not be back!
