Don’t look for a sign for “So Chopped Salad Bar”, you will never find the place. It is located inside Bodacious for some strange reason.I asked for no cheese or croutons. The young girl hands me the salad and says she knows I requested no cheese but it had Gorgonzola (CHEESE) on it and asked if it was ok. I said no I requested no cheese. smhIf it is actually Romain lettuce as indicated on the menu it doesn’t look like it to me. It was not very green at all. Almost a yellow. It looked like iceberg lettuce to me but I’m no expert on lettuces. I may be no expert but I do know lettuces are supposed to be torn and not cut. This is for flavor as I understand it. But I suppose it is not as fast and profitable and obviously flavor is of no concern here.The worst part is how small the lettuce leaves are chopped up. I stabbed and stabbed with my fork but could hardly get any lettuce or anything else on my fork. Scooping it does not work very well either. On top of all that there was very little to zero flavor. This is the worst salad I have ever tried by far. I could not possibly recommend the salads here since these seem to be merely pizza topping ingredients masquerading as a salad. Better monetary profits this way it seems.

So Chopped has the worst service over the phone that I have ever encountered. On top of that, they have messed up my order countless times and then today I found bugs in my salad. I tried to call today to tell them this, but every time a worker connects you to an extension, it doesn't exist. This is unacceptable and ridiculous that this restaurant doesn't perform at a basic level.

I love the salad from sochopped (the bodacious olive) but to have one register open downtown when you are in a busy work area is nuts. I tried to be the kind person and not make a fuss when the 3 blondes jumped me in line but then they took their sweet time each of the 3 paying for themselves and the cashier was flirting with them... prolonging this process. Open another register. That is all!

After picking up the salads and returning home, me and my pregnant wife find out that her order is completely wrong. Pregnant women cant have certain things like soft cheese. I asked for no gorgonzola and to sub it with cheddar. The only cheese on the salad is gorgonzola. None of the add ins were there, nothing. Not a place I would go to again if I want two salads for $30

Today, 9.10.2020, my daughter ordered a Cesar salad with grilled chicken, no croutons to go. The person making her salad said they didn’t have romaine. My daughter said the spring mix would be fine. When she arrived home, she had no chicken and croutons. She called and they said they’d have a manager call back. We waited an hour, no one called so we called back. We began to tell our story about no grilled chicken and they hung up on us. I would truly like a phone call or a response to this review. I know the Studer family would be disappointed in the customer service we received at their restaurant.

Breakfast clean and healthy food. excellent, gluten free bagels, acai bowls, avocado toast, much more and of course the coffee. best hot chocolate i have ever had. go upstairs it is another experience all together. excellent addition to our downtown. finally a salad that i dont have to cut up that is dressed not drowned in dressing. Pick Light Medium or heavy. suggest medium as it is really good and not too oily. You will not be dissappointed.

My dressing is never flavorful or well shaken up. I get nothing but the top oil and it is starting to really make me upset. I specify every time to make sure the dressing is extra shaken so I get the flavor but it dowsnt always happen. It makes me sad and also a little angry because these salads are quite expensive.
I have been multiple times and always a new crew and yet, none of them can follow simple instructions everytime I go. Too young and rushed employees. Makes me think is there anyone manging this location? They need guidance.

I wish I could enjoy So Chopped, but I just can't say I do. Every time I have been there the staff have been rude or inattentive. (During my most recent trip the barista was not even behind the counter, she was standing out in the line area chatting with her friends while I awkwardly stood there trying to order.) The salads are overpriced for their size and are not very flavorful. The coffee is OK, but if I'm downtown looking for coffee, I'm just going to head down the street to Fosko. I think they only have one vegetarian menu item and I'm not sure anything they offer is vegan. Perhaps with modifications you could get a vegetarian or vegan meal, but in my book, to count as vegan or vegetarian a restaurant should offer menu items that do not require modifications in order to be veg-friendly.

My dressing is never flavorful or well shaken up. I get nothing but the top oil and it is starting to really make me upset. I specify every time to make sure the dressing is extra shaken so I get the flavor but it dowsnt always happen. It makes me sad and also a little angry because these salads are quite expensive.
