If you pay via the machine outside and the employee says your payment did not go through please check with your bank before handing them cash as I did, in which a $10 meal cost me $20 as I paid double, and unfortunately I did not get my receipt and when when I called the location was told “first and foremost always make sure you get your receipt”. Which is fair and 100% my fault but it could have been worded differently. I’ll take the loss with this review.

Food is always decent, I typically get breakfast. There wait times are almost unbearable. Do not go here if you need to be somewhere else at a certain time. The staff are typically friendly. I will continue to come here for the occasional breakfast burrito but I hope wait times improve. When other vehicles in line decide to drive off do to the wait time you know there's a problem.

I tried ordering food I was nothing but respectful to the mister taking my order but he was so rude, he cut me off when I tried to order another thing and I said I wasn’t done respectfully. He yet gave me more attitude so I left without buying food.

The young lady with orange dreads... The word 'and' means; in addition to... So when I say I want a combo AND a side of cheddar peppers, that means I don't want my tots replaced. I asked for tots specifically because I wanted tots. Did you think I specified tots with my meal because I wanted to replace my tots, specifically? You have fries and tots. I specified tots because I wanted tots. And I specified tots AND A SIDE OF CHEDDAR PEPPERS. it's not shameful to go back and learn elementary English if it helps you move on from the drive through window. Don't you want to do something else with your life before you're thirty?Learn what AND means, start there.

Hands down Jeremiah has the best customer service there! Was very professional and felt like he cared about his job . Not often you find that in fast food I feel . Everything was in our bags to go and more and made us felt welcomed. There’s hope for night shift on customer service ;)

It was my first time going thru the drive thru. It was fast and convenient, and the person taking my money came back and told me that they were waiting on fresh tots to get done!! She had a great smile and awesome customer service!!Parking: There are plenty of spots to pick from with the order screen working!!

first and last time I'll ever eat here... I ordered and sweet tea with my meal and asked twice if it was unsweet only to pour it into a big cup full of ice and find out it was sweet... I'm a diabetic, and I don't think people realize how not paying attention could've fixed somebody's health or life... The tots were cold, and the hot dog was so so... one star, because zero is not an option?
