UPDATE: I tried some deal there and got the double smasher burger with a free soda, but i got charged $1.50 for the free soda. The burger was overpriced too. I wont be back. I wanted to try the smasher burger and get the free coffee so i stopped by. I dont pay for cell service so i couldnt even place an order on the app to get the coffee too because they dont have wifi.. I went home and figured Id place the order at home and go out later, but the app said I didnt add a qualifying purchase (smasher burger) to the bag to get the coffee and then just said they were having technical difficulties lol i see why i dont go to sonic ~

Last two times i went here I waited for 30 minutes after pressing the button and no one came to speak to us. There’s only one other car as I’m typing this and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes so far. Insane. Employees are either overworked and underpaid or severely understaffed. Drive the extra 15 minutes to go to another location and you’ll still get your food before this one even answers at the stall.

Sat down in their outdoor seating area. After about 12 minutes of waiting for my food, one of the employees steped outside and asked if I was there for something. After I explained I ordered food, they brought it out after a couple more minutes. Instead of the fries I asked for, I got cold tater tots, the sandwich I ordered had pickles when I asked for it without, and the bun and hamburger patties were very dry.
Placed an online order for 3 drinks it has been over 20 min since expected pickup time. This is not the first time they have taken longer than reasonable. But there will not be another time at this location.

The service at this location is just overall awful and I don’t even know who to blame it on honestly. They need to shut this location down simply, we waited an hour for two drinks that we weren’t even able to get because we just didn’t see a reason to continue waiting on drinks that were so simple. 1slush and one cherry limeade?? Two of the famous drinks.
