Had to leave without getting any food. Ordered small fries and waited 18 minutes! Impossible to order food from here while on break for work. Now i have to go back to work with an empty stomach. Don’t recommend coming to this location for your lunch break.
Awful slow service, questionable characters hanging around, fries were cold, food was not good.

Customer service sucks! Short lady with dark hair think raising her voice at customers is ok… I guess she thought I was one of her children! SHE THOUGHT WRONG….. If her day is not going good she needs to go home and rethink it over. They just need to shut this entire location down anyway it’s like a ghost town and they never really have any business. Maybe if they change their attitudes and keep it clean they will get some business!!!! I watched from my vehicle a few months ago someone preparing fries with their bare hands how nasty! This time i was ordering ONLY a shake for someone of course I didn’t not after her stank attitude!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Pull up to the microphone and they said hold on… I couldn’t hear them so I asked them to repeat themselves. She said hold on… Waited probably four minutes and then I said am I still holding. I told her my order I could not hear her whatsoever. I asked her to speak up and then she said she could hear me and so I spoke louder… And she says please don’t talk to me like that. I got to the window and I said I couldn’t hear you. I couldn’t hear you either. That’s why I spoke up… She didn’t sounded like you were getting an attitude and then shut the window with my face.

They take so long that everyone that was waiting literally drove off without their order. 45 minutes for a drink. I’ve been here 3 times, should have learned my lesson the first time.

Been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for my food. But instead one of the employees been chitchatting about random stuff nothin to do with the food that they ordered for about 10 minutes while she can her head set go off. A stared at me and continued to talk. Never had an issue like this before

I'm going to amend this to if you're going to make delivery drivers walk up to the store and not use a stall tell your employees to stop ignoring drivers.
None of the stalls work, they seem to only ever have one employee working so it's always very slow even if she's going as fast as she can. All of the screens are either broken or in various state of disrepair. Order online and can't check into any of the stalls. None of the lights on the stalls work so when you press a button to order or talk to someone you have no idea if it did anything. Apparently the owner of any of these locations in pensacola just doesn't care about anything.

This location frequently messes up my order and it’s usually the same girl named Ariana. This time was the last straw. I placed a mobile order at 11:08. We waited for 25 minutes and then pressed the button to ask status. Our carhop Ariana said she needed to check on it and acted confused. She then said there was another order for Laura which I doubted because there was 2 other cars at that time and my name isn’t super common. She proceeded to come outside acting extremely confused and told us she already gave us our bag. After telling her multiple times she did not, she says oh I must have given it to this other person. She said she’ll have it remade. 20 minutes later we got our food and we were missing one $1.99 item. We flagged her down and told her. Once again, she gave us a confused look and said “can I look in your bag?” as if we were lying about $1.99 food. We only ordered 4 items and the bag was small.. Now we’re at 11:50 when I finally got my last item. The time before this, the cook had to come out and help us. I tried to call the number while in parking lot and nobody answered. I’m done with this place.

Atrocious service. As others note, if you order ahead on the app, you can't check in. So I hit the red button & the woman taking orders said it would be out. I am currently the only customer but have been waiting 10 minutes for my order, which is a drink. Just a drink. I hit the red button again & it was like I had never hit the red button. She asked for my name again. Finally my drink came out. It was the wrong drink (lime diet coke instead of cherry). I don't know if the workers here are incompetent or stoned, but this was an unbelievably bad experience. Avoid this Sonic at all costs.
