Pulled up to place my order tonight and was told that they can only do mobile orders. Went on the app to place my order and it says that this restaurant is not accepting orders. Maybe y'all should close earlier if you're not going to take any orders!

I had to wait nearly an hour for the ice cream order to be prepared.I have not had any problem with this SONIC before tonight.This SONIC has reviews posted that it takes a long time to get the order, 30 minutes. This was repeated by other customers in the reviews online.Need more people hired or more people to work certain times of the day or night.It's a staffing or management problem.It's also a training problem.The employees need to realize they must not only work to prepare the orders, but also communicate with the customers who are waiting.

This location will make you late for work, and I got here plenty early enough. I have literally been sitting here waiting for my food for 15 minutes now and there is someone ahead of me as well. Not acceptable at all. I have given this place a long break because they have gone downhill but I see nothing has changed. For as much as sonic charges for their mediocre food, y'all need to be doing better and have a full staff in the mornings!

Literally the worst place I have been. Never have I ever seen it take almost 30 minutes to get 1 drink to me. Idk if they are short on staff or the owner/manager isn’t hiring. Looks nothing like a blue raspberry and looks like it’s been sitting for awhile.

Avoid this location for Door Dash orders. That info for DD driver's and customers ordering from here through DD. You will be waiting and your order will be late. This is a regular occurrence.

Yesterday we had ordered a burger with nuggets and a limeade, as well as a blast. I had ordered extra cheddar with no American cheese on the burger. When they brought the meal out to us I checked the burger and there was very little cheddar on top of it. Also, as I was about to drive away I realized they didn't even bring out my strawberry limeade. When they brought out my wife's blast, I directly asked the worker if they had added the extra peanut butter, which we paid for. The young lady said yes . After they redid my burger and brought the meal out to me, I made a mistake of not checking a second time. When I arrived home I found American cheese on my burger, and no cheddar, completely messing up the burger order. Also, my wife found almost no peanut butter in her blast. This is the first time I took the time to write a review, but we have had trouble with this evening crew at the Sonic on 9th Avenue several times now . They mess up your orders, and they don't pay attention to what you pay extra.

A TOT addict here lol. ... yeah, STILL a tots adict and was wanting a late night snack when driving home, so I stopped in for a large fix lol ... great as always ? ... only problem was that they were almost all gone by the time I actually got home

Definitely just had the driest chicken I've ever eaten just now. I can also tell by the color that their oil is not clean. You're better off trying a burger and going anywhere else for chicken. The app also failed to let me enter a stall number and I had to go to the window but I suppose that might not be this location's fault.

This sonic has gone way down hill.Went to a stall, they took our order and gave a total. Waiting for 30 min, pushed the button to see what the hold up was and they ended it, pressed the button again and they said “we are drive through only”.PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES SENSE.Then, went back a few weeks later bc of my kids and they were out of icecream. Ummm…It’s dirty and smelled horrible when they opened the window like mildew. That’s it for me. NEVER GOING BACK.
