Customer service is above and beyond excellent here! I've never had an experience here that I didn't enjoy during the lunch hours. This Sonic location brightens my day whenever I visit. I would recomend this location to family, friends, and complete strangers.
Horrible service over an hour for 3 drinks to tell me they cant even give me 2 of them and cant refund my money I spent. Was so mad.

Being a former Sonic wife of a manager of Sonic back in the 70's I was totally taken back how you could order a small vanilla milk shake and they bring you out a cup full of ice cream that belonged in a ice cream cone or dish. Could not suck it through the straw to save my life. Let's get it together SONIC and use your shake machine. Totally unexceptable!

Honestly the inside is really gross, it says on the doordash app to wait at the front door yet nobody ever comes to the door to give your order. Whoever is apart of hiring is terrible, I never get the correct change back and they mess up your order almost everytime. #donteatatsonic 😂

Showed up as the second person in line, waited over 30 minutes for a drink and a pretzel. drink barely had any syrup or flavor in it.

I don’t ever leave reviews unless it is a good review, but this is an exception. My girlfriend and I ordered on the app and waited patiently at a stall as the order was being prepared.
After waiting 15 minutes, we are told that the stalls are closed and only drive thru is open. No signs are posted. That’s alright. We wait in line for another 20 minutes and finally receive our order from a rude employee. It only has half of the items.
We wait another 20 minutes to get the second part of the order after stating clearly what we still needed. We received the wrong items again. No apology or desire to get it right. I won’t return to this location for a long time. Sonic needs to focus on retraining this location and hire employees with better attitudes. It’s one thing when there’s a line and the store is short staffed for the night. It’s another thing when employees couldn’t care less.

I heard new management is working out the kinks. I guess I had a cherry limeade and it tasted water down. I could not taste anything at all. It was terrible and the milkshake machine is always out of order and I want a milkshake.
I guess I'm used to big chain restaurants having procedures to keep their businesses clean and sanitary. I waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes while one employee returned from checking out the police activity down the street. They seemed to lose my order (a corn dog and a pretzel $5). While waiting I noticed how dirty everything was.

If I could give a 0 I would ordered ice cream sundae and small shake 30 minutes later I had to go to the window and say hey where's my order avoid this sonics until they have full staff and I a happy customer NOT
