I ordered a Rt 44 Lemonaide Slush on the app. On Aug 14, 2025 the app took the order, I arrived at the store a few mins after placing the order. The Machine was broken. They asked if I wanted something else I said no just a refund. I as told I needed to call 866-OK SONIC. I call the girl was not good at her job but processed the refund. She said it would take up to 7 days to appear back on my card. On Aug 20th I called back since the refund had not appeared, the person said she would process it again still nothing. I spoke with my bank and they said within 5 seconds of receiving the refund, it will appear back on my card. I don't think Sonic processes refunds and get away with tens of thousands of dollars but not doing so. Who is going to take a company to court over 2.41 cents in my case.

I love Sonic but these guys are on the struggle bus. One of the coffees they gave us was bad, had to exchange it, also served us a Sonic Blast in a broken cup stuck in another cup, accidentally ingested some styrofoam. Almost all the signs are busted place looks really run down. All we can do is pray for em.

Stopped in for a peanut butter shake and a couple others and as always the peanut butter shake was spot on as for the others, Oreo blizzard, chocolate shake and I believe strawberry split, there wasn't any complaints. Service was fast

Prices have spiked no longer sale large sonic blasts instead charge you same price for medium. 17$ for a large chili cheese dog combo is insane! might as well go to a restaurant!

The service at this location has been declining for a while now. My experience tonight unexceptable. After checking in to get my food it took them almost 20 minutes to finally bring it to me. I had to page them as well. Comes to find out they assumed another order that was placed by another Heather was mine so that's why they hadn't brought my order out. So my order was cold and the food my overcooked.

The manager was absolutely beyond unreasonable a rude and just unprofessional. For ABSOLUTELY no reason I feel bad for his employees this store must really suck if he hates his life that much…. I called the manager answered and he didn’t say anything for a while until I initiated an awkward hello (No phone etiquette) then he proceeded to talk over me the entire phone call when I asked if a manager was there, he said I’m the manager we’re not hiring. Then hung up as I was talking. I called back and same thing (to inform them of the job listing that is still active) and the same thing -silence- until I initiated, he informed me that the job listing stays up all year. That they are not hiring and he did not in fact hang up on me but his “headset did”…… In an even MORE RUDE and demeaning tone which I didn’t think was possible LOL….. all in all this man has no idea how to talk to people much less a potential hire…….

The problem is that it takes way too long to receive an order. I waited over 30 minutes for 4 milk shakes and some mozzarella sticks. The display stated twice that the food was being brought out and it wasn't. I don't think it's appropriate to say the order is ready and being sent out when it isn't. This is not the only time it has taken forever to send out food. I am understanding that food prep takes time but this was unacceptable.

Slowest and worst service of any sonic I've been to. The members in the drive thru don't seem to have any manners. The food always takes extremely long to get.

I’m a fan of sonic when I come I normally order loaded tots, with the footlong chili dog; enjoying the newest flavors in drinks this time I had the Recharge, when the carhop (Haley) brought out my order I was wowed by her eyes, Sweet smile and customer service Im most certainly coming back to this location.

If I could give less then one star I would. Food was all burned and sloppy. The sodas where flat.service took forever and then when we interacted with one lady believw her name was Hailey she was very rude and snotty. She kept throwing attitude with the whole situation and time. Needs re training for customer services.
