Stacy was my waiter today and he is just so pleasant to meet! 🥰 I tried the deal menu cheeseburger and I can't say it was very good. So I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone ever getting it but just the impeccable service from Stacy and how awesome and nice he is made my day a much better and brighter one today. Thank you Stacy for simply just being you! I hope you always continue to be a bright shining light in this world only if all service providers could have such a bright light about them like Stacy then the world would be a better place 💗

If this Sonic was the very last Sonic on earth, I would not dare eat here. Not only is there rude customer service, but horrible food. It’s tastes double greased dipped fried food and I received an uncooked smashed burger today!!!!! This to me in completely unacceptable. I would rate them based on the other locations, but this one needs to do better. And whoever Nathan is, please keep him away from the beef.

The man working Sunday evening was very nice, he just didn't make my drink the way I asked him to. I got charged for dirty, didn't get it and it had ice when I asked for no ice.

Employees forget items then when you press stall button they ignore it. TWICE. It fully timed out, ignored. Meanwhile DoorDash gets helped, other stalls are answered, and drive thru has 6 cars served (who all come after me). All while my stall button press gets ignored. Last time they forgot a side I paid for I let it go. This time I ordered TWO hoping they'd see it. Nope. Avoid this location because the employees do NOT CARE.

I give this place 5 stars because Stephanie was extremely accommodating to the ice cream machine being broken. Worked with me about offering something else in place of my frozen treat. Which I greatly appreciated. Finding great customer service like this is rare these days it seems like.
Customer service is above and beyond excellent here! I've never had an experience here that I didn't enjoy during the lunch hours. This Sonic location brightens my day whenever I visit. I would recomend this location to family, friends, and complete strangers.

Being a former Sonic wife of a manager of Sonic back in the 70's I was totally taken back how you could order a small vanilla milk shake and they bring you out a cup full of ice cream that belonged in a ice cream cone or dish. Could not suck it through the straw to save my life. Let's get it together SONIC and use your shake machine. Totally unexceptable!

Honestly the inside is really gross, it says on the doordash app to wait at the front door yet nobody ever comes to the door to give your order. Whoever is apart of hiring is terrible, I never get the correct change back and they mess up your order almost everytime. #donteatatsonic 😂
