The food was really good but the wait time in the drive-through was longer than expected…25 minutes. I understand they were really busy, but it still felt a little excessive. The staff was extremely friendly and super apologetic. One thing that was a little frustrating was the lack of clarification about coupons. I had some offers on my mobile app, but since I paid with cash, I wasn’t able to use them. Great food and excellent customer service.

There were only two employees, one who was new. They were doing their best to accommodate everyone and were very nice and helpful. They were swamped, though, so the manager (Devin, I believe- Devin Williams) needed to do better with scheduling. With the bogo hot dogs they definitely needed more than two people. All my sympathies to the employees having to deal with that, they were amazing. Manager needs to keep that from happening again.

It’s 9;30 on. Monday night. I said I wanted the two new wraps. Little attitude. Asked for the number of nuggets they have. She said “we don’t have nuggets” I said ok whatever u call them then. Another Q very condescending. I drive off to Burger King across the road.

I hit the button and waited to order while on my 30 minute lunch. I was told to wait which I was alright with as there were 4-5 cars, so a little busy but not overly so. I sat there for 10 minutes before they just turned off my light. I hit it again and others were then served before me. I was there for 15 minutes with no service and left with no food to go back to work. Guess I didn't need lunch today after all.

Don’t do mobile order at this location! We waited 53 minutes for two kids meals and a Cherry limeade. When the order finally came out the corn dogs were burned so badly the hotdog inside was shriveled up and only one of my kid’s meals had a toy in it. Whatever is happening at this location needs to be addressed immediately!

Worse experience at a sonic. No one was there but 1 car in drive thru and we mobile ordered and it took 20 mins to get our food. It was all over cooked corn dogs were so tough I could not eat them and the buffalo chicken bites things 2 of them didn't have any filling.

Got an oreo milk shake and bf got a fudge Sunday. My milkshake had not one speckle of Oreo. I pushed my straw down to the bottom thinking maybe it was unmixed.. but not one speckle was on bottom either. Bf went to door and asked if they could make an oreo milkshake. The lady argued with boyfriend and said oreo was in it. BF literally pushed straw to bottom and showed the lady no oreo at all and she reluctently took it back and remade it. Bf fudge sundea milkshake only had one strip of fudge around the tip of the cup not mixed. And towards the bottom of HIS milkshake...he found oreo. I dont know why that lady wanted to argue so much about remaking my milkshake but it was very unprofessional and the quality of the milkshakes were poor. Would not recommend ever coming back here. Read the other reviews and this is an ongoing problem with managment making excuses and not actually correcting the problems.

went here around 6:30pm. wasn’t busy, probably only 2-3 other cars. when i went to place my order I tried to be as quick and easy as possible to help them and I even used my please and thank you. the girl taking my order was so rude. she yelled when i didn’t know i couldn’t swap out my fries/tots for a soft pretzel. i asked her previously if i could swap out the fries for chedd r peppers and i could. assuming i could swap it out for another option in their “snack” section, i asked for a soft pretzel and the girl practically screamed at me “FRIES OR TOTS? YOU CANT DO A SOFT PRETZEL AS A SIDE.” like that was so incredibly rude. was gonna leave a tip until she screamed and decided not to. still was able to say thank yous after. train your employees. it’s not hard to be nice.

Since your guys phone number to the store it’s self isn’t signed up, ive with such rude and lifeless people in my life. Pensacola has the worse customer service in the world. First today the woman rushes me in the stall to let her know i’m here for a pickup doordash order and she says “well you can come inside” nobody needs to be talked to like that so first bad in counter today. then i go inside to pick up a second order and the man looks at me like im dumb for coming inside and just stares at me. So I then state that i’m there for a pick up and he says we will bring it out there when we get to it. TIRED TIRED TIRED OF THE RUDE ENTITLEMENT OF THIS CITY. Nobody forced you to pick sonic as your job and i didnt put you in that bad mood so stop taking it out on randoms that are also just trying to do their jobs

Haven’t been to sonic in years. Finally decided to stop in. Food was awful. Everything came out cold.. Bread was nasty. I don’t know if it’s all sonics, but this one in particular was probably the worst. Did look very nice outside though. I’m assuming the owner got relaxed When it comes to quality control on the food. He or she needs to get back in their and Reevaluate a few things. My Opinion.
