I come here a lot because it’s cheap, the food is normally pretty good but I always expect to get my order wrong. Today was just awful though. Absolutely none of the food was fresh. It was all either burnt or rock hard. I wouldn’t be surprised if the fries were from the previous night. And it wasn’t just my order unfortunately, half my roommmates order was uneatable. Not sure if hot dogs are hard to make or what but 90% of the time it’s made wrong. I wish I was joking.

App keeps not working, which is an issue because the deals do not work in person. They also do not answer phone calls. The only thing positive is that they haven't gotten our order too terribly wrong.

Your experience depends on the visit, as people mentioned sometimes your order is inaccurate. The food is always good though. Food is better than the cookout that just opened next door too. They have good deals on the app. Great prices too. In general it's what I expect from a sonics.

We went to 2 different drive-throughs to order. After 15 minutes we thought maybe ours was out of order. So we parked at another place to order. The computer screen said to wait to order or something but after 15 minutes there was no way to order anything. I tried to flag down one of the girls who worked there and she ran inside. I wouldn't usually give such a bad review but we never tasted the food, The service I rated as bad because we never had any service. The atmosphere was pretty good but then again we just sat in our car for 30 minutes for nothing. This wasn't a busy place, around 15 cars. It was at 2:00. Do the drive-throughs that work have something different about them to tell us which one you can get food at? Are they painted a different color somewhere? This is a serious question. I'm new to this area and would like to try the Smashburger. Or the Dill Pickle meal. Or maybe a plain old burger or hot dog. Do tater tots come with anything?

The staff is extremely rude. I went through the drive through this morning and asked for a second to look at the menu. The person working the drive through did not mute her mic and proceed to huff and puff. She then said “these people pulled up to my drive through and don’t know what they want.” I guess it is too much to ask for to look at the menu. Who knows I may have wanted to try something new or order new things. I will not be back and they did not earn my business today. I informed the girl that her mic was still on and proceeded to drive off. I wish I could give 0 stars.
