As I'm ordering, I asked 2 questions about a drink combination - the server said "buzz back when you're ready to order" & hung up on me. I immediately hit the button because I was ready, questions about a drink I can't find on the online menu doesn't negate that. It took her another 2 minutes to respond and I finish my order, quickly as I can because now she all of a sudden "can't hear me". With 5 cars in the lot, it's extremely backed up and is going to take 20 minutes before I recieve my food. (2 slushes, 2 chicken wraps) I should have drove off when she hung up on me. Food might be decent, can't make it through the terrible service to find out. Best of luck. 12/14/24 @ 930pm

I LOVE the new outdoor seating area at the Sonic in West Hattiesburg, MS, on old Hwy 11. The stringed lights are cool and the picnic benches are nicer than the round tables.
Parking: They are good about keeping the screens and mobile app working.

Great Sonic location. Overall, most trips are great. I go here more than I’d like to admit. Haha I recommend the app for many reasons. It helps remember your orders.
Parking: Pull into the spots by the building. Order on the app and put in the parking lot stall for pickup.

Food isn’t delicious. Tbh wasn’t expecting much from a sonic on the side of rode.My cheese for my pretzel doesn’t even move when I dipped my pretzel in, it keeps my shape. Left out like 3 of our fries then the fries they did give us were very very soggy. Couldn’t Ben finish my food . I was very hungry people who stop at Thai sonic are probably hungry and want good food. So better brother . Stay safe guys….praying I don’t get diarrhea.

Happy hour is great, but lately this location has been closing their drive through with no explanation. I went up to the window to ask why, they said they are just too busy. There was no one in the drive through and only 4 customers parked for orders. They need to fix their staffing issues.

Ordered a cheese coney no chili. Had chili on it and the dog was burnt. What a waste of money. No ranch for pickle fries. Guess have to specify with ranch when ordering. It does not automatically come with it. Well I know where not to go for food.
