The lady at the drive through was rude. There was no need for that. There is plenty of people that need jobs find another employee.

My wife waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes. She got no response when she tried to get someone to take her order, despite the drive thru being clear. She drove to the window to try and order and had to wait another 5 minutes. When the employee finally came to the window, she said she couldn’t take her order because there isn’t a screen there. When my wife explained the issue, she was told there were other people in line so they couldn't take her order. Very unprofessional.

I understand why i'm seeing so many one star reviews. I went there to pick up an order and this younger goofy looking guy came out and said, YO, is this your order? I told him yes and then he basically shoved the food to me and I said easy, easy and there's no need for that and then I told him thank you twice as he was standing a foot in front of me and he just ignored me and asked he was walking away I could hear him mumbling something as he turned back to look at me. I went to his manager and told her about his attitude and she said she would talk to him but I don't see anything like that happening as they have so many bad reviews and I'm sure this guy has a long Sonic rap sheet.

The food was cold it was the worst it was my first time ever going to Sonic and it will be my last I will never eat there again especially after the manager told me she could not refund my money by her allowing cold food to go out of her drive through window says a lot about her managing skills and loyalty to the job

We pulled up to place our order through the drive thru and no one answered, so we pulled forward and when we got to the window, we told the girl our order which was 1 large ice water. She proceeded to say we would have to drive back around, there was no one in line. She continued explaining why we HAD to drive back around because we would have to wait longer, and DoorDash, and a lot of stuff that was completely unnecessary because in the amount of time it took her to explain that she could of made an ice water. Needless to say, we left. 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible service sat at the intercom a good 10 minutes tried saying hello several times never once got an answer so we finally pull around the lady at window has to ask manager if she can take my order at window and manager says no I need y'all to pull back around and order at the intercom. Keep in mind there's now 5 cars behind us and and nobody answered when we were trying to get someone's attention on the intercom. Worst customer service ever we will never be back .

A white girl with long blonde hair working night closing shift around 12 AM sat in her chair on her phone not taking orders. We were talking in the speaker for over five minutes and got no answer. Super unprofessional, she should be fired. Waste of my time and gas.

They cut me off halfway through my order and completed it. Someone came out and I gave them the rest of my order and had to pay a second time. Said I wanted a burrito with only sausage, egg, and cheese. I got a burrito with jalapenos, onions, tots, and tomatoes, with hardly any egg, cheese, or sausage.
Corn dog was barely cold in the middle, pretty good for a Sonic.
