I love their new frito chilli burritos but they gotta start working on getting more works because its wayyy too slow here and I have to always wait for my food for 30mins to an hour even if you didn't order a lot of food. I hate waiting for my food here

I left there around 3:30pm 1/14/25, after sitting there for 15 mins at the drive through window. Pulling in. There were at least 5 cars or more just sitting there at the other waiting spots. My passenger got out of the car and walked to the drive thru window to see what was up. Turns out, everyone was standing around with their headsets off. 2 cars behind me, including myself left, as the 2 workers were walking out.
That's unacceptable. If you don't like your job then quit, there will be others to fill the position. This was my 2nd time at this location, and I was dissatisfied, and disappointed with the service.
1/25. I got on the Sonic website to make a complaint (because I couldnt find a Coporate Manager/number/email to express my disappointment), and I was told my complaint would be taken seriously. So much so I was given a fake reference number, and offered a coupon for my trouble.

Madison taking drive through orders on night shift lies to the customers to make her shift easier 3 hours before closing. I wanted 2 Smash Burgers, but she said it would take 20 to 25 minutes to make. It seemed as if she didn’t want me to order anything at all. She talked me into getting a hotdog instead because it would take less time to make. I wanted a milkshake, she told me the ice cream was runny and gooey, and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes, and when I got to the window she gave me my milkshake, it was firm not runny. I was very disappointed in my experience and did not get the food I wanted. I do not recommend going to this Sonic location after 8pm.

Someone need new management or shut this store down cause personally I waited in the drive thru line almost more than hour if I would’ve stayed , it took forever to take my order what’s worst they waited until car move out the windows before taking my orders and literally a car in front me left and one behind me left too it’s very ridiculous
Parking: Empty spots cause the service was yeah I spent an hour or maybe more if I stayed in the drive thru line

Highly inconsistent. I went there a month ago and the smash burger was done to perfection with a crust. Last week I got the same burger and it was not edible, it had a bad taste.

It shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged for an order placed online. Even went through the drive thru after no one came when pressing the drive up button. Waited as the only customer at the window for over 20 minutes. Workers didn’t come to the window for over 20 minutes! I saw one worker texting on her phone while the other was doing everything & looking lost/confused in the process. To top it off, I was given the wrong order. I don’t recommend this location if you value your time.
The only reason I gave you guys a one is because it wouldn’t let me give you a zero every time I go through that store after 6 PM. They never have a shake machine or a blast. Machine available is always an excuse.
