The ribs were tasty. The coleslaw was different than on other visits. The chicken was a little disappointing. Service was good. The rock star is the Sunnys BBQ sauce.

Absolutely disappointing. My husband and I ordered UberEats 3 times here.
First time, phenomenal! Got everything we ordered, everything tasted amazing and the delivery time was great!
Second time, they missed a few of our items and gave me the wrong drink. I had to contact Uber Eats to get a refund.
THIRD time, which was literally today. My husband ordered A THREE meat plate. His pulled pork was missing AND his hot link Mac n cheese. I ordered a sweet potato with my dish and that's missing. We were missing our sauces and honey butter.
Had to contact Uber Eats again for another refund for these missing items. What's CRAZY is that our recipes is on the bag. How can someone miss completing an order if there's a receipt that lists everything?! If multiple staff members were taking care of our order, that needs to be addressed immediately. It creates errors like this.

We enjoyed this Sonny's location. The staff was attentive & friendly. The food was delicious and large portions were given. The restaurant including restrooms was clean. Hannah was great!
