So I will definitely shout out to Jordan. I ordered my food for delivery and I called because I thought a brisket got left off my order. He handled the situation perfectly. And in the end I mistakes the brisket in the box because they leave a tear end on their brisket like TEXAS BBQ. Which is the best!!! I didn’t expect it from Florida and the plate was plated to where it looked like a rib in the picture for my reviews. All I got to say is try them out if your from anywhere close from Texas and you will definitely appreciate the effort. Nothing is like home but when you’re away from home this would be close.

1/5 chance of good service Ordering online is fruitless Drive thru speaker might as well be underwater.
Good food. Management needs a kick in the pants and the crew needs a hell of a lot of polish.
Update: 90 days later.... Speaker box out back is still intermittent. Website doesn't acknowledge a PO Box for billing online and still resulting to walk up for takeout.
Recent visit: (01/15/2026) Ordered a 3 meal meal to go. Counter staff was friendly and courteous. Food was promp. Got home to eat to find a rusty sweet potato and no texas toast. Ribs were decent and slid off the bone.
Food quantity and quality is hit or miss

Our first stop in Florida every September. We live in Texas and we do not go out for BBQ until we get back to Sonny's. We try to get 3 meals during our week 😋 The food is always amazing and the service is exceptional. Already looking forward to next year.

We love Sonny's. But we were so disappointed this time. The food tasted old and was not even hot when it came out. The egg rolls tasted freezer burnt. The fries were so old and you could tell that had been sitting out for a long time. We will definitely visit Sonny's again, just a different location.
I love me some BBQ but I was disappointed. Sauces were okay but meats were dry. I would say it is to be expected from a larger chain as I am used to smaller mom and pop restaurants that love what they do and not just work a job. Seemed like the staff really could care less and didn't want to be there. Just not my style or taste.

Had to leave after sitting for 10 min and NO ONE coming to get my order. Went to wawa. So ridiculous. Guess all the waiters were at lunch instead of serving their guests lunch.

The food was absolutely delicious!! All 4 of us got something different and there was not one thing we did not like! We do not live around here so we just happened to find this place as we were leaving and glad we did! And our waitress Brittney was amazing, so sweet and kind. Definitely happy with our experience today and will definitely be coming back here on our next vacation!!
