So I will definitely shout out to Jordan. I ordered my food for delivery and I called because I thought a brisket got left off my order. He handled the situation perfectly. And in the end I mistakes the brisket in the box because they leave a tear end on their brisket like TEXAS BBQ. Which is the best!!! I didn’t expect it from Florida and the plate was plated to where it looked like a rib in the picture for my reviews. All I got to say is try them out if your from anywhere...

Our first stop in Florida every September. We live in Texas and we do not go out for BBQ until we get back to Sonny's. We try to get 3 meals during our week 😋 The food is always amazing and the service is exceptional. Already looking forward to next year.

I love me some BBQ but I was disappointed. Sauces were okay but meats were dry. I would say it is to be expected from a larger chain as I am used to smaller mom and pop restaurants that love what they do and not just work a job. Seemed like the staff really could care less and didn't want to be there. Just not my style or taste.
