Good food at a really nice setting. $25 shrimp and grits is a bit steep but it was good. The much praised meatloaf was just meatloaf. Good place for a family celebration but pricey and noisey.
We really wanted to love this place. The location is great, it's nice on the inside and outside, the menu was amazing. We wanted to try everything! But, the items we did try were disappointing. The oysters were good, but every bite included shell fragments. The cajun dip... flavorless. And don't expect a gluten free pita. You get tortilla chips. The fish tacos were just ok. The fish platter was below average and the hush puppies had a strange after taste. Pretty sure...
Please put the blu cheese fries back on the menu & leave them there. Please make sure after you make them a permanent menu item to always have the ingredients needed to make the blu cheese fries.
