Have to say. Been to Starbucks all over the USA. Gold card member here. Always a great start to a day when your barrista is cheerful and welcoming. Not here maybe a bad day. Most of the staff gloomy and walking dead. My vanilla latte.. perfect. Having to wait 20 minutes for an oatmeal when the ticket wasn't noticed on the machine. Also? Why have a lock on the restroom? Has this world become so petty. You have to lock up a place people need to relieve themselves. Sad in my opinion. Starbucks used to be a place to gather, rejoice and enjoy a great product. Jordan is absolutely amazing! She is such a good barista! I asked her to surprise me with my drink order and it was legitimately the tastiest Starbucks drink I’ve EVER had! She made me a blonde roast almond milk latte with vanilla syrup and cinnamon. It sounds simple but it tasted JUST like Cinnamon Toast Crunch! She’s hilarious and friendly and this location is better simply because of her presence!

I always loved there coffee but their food not so much I think it's pretty bland in my personal preference. Couple my friends thought so too. We went as a whole group for breakfast and they didn't even care for the food as well.

I went thru the drive in this morning, ordered a dark roast with 3 raw sugars. I have a dollar tip on a 3 dollar purchase. I asked for a stopper for the cup, and the cashier looked quickly to the left, said we don’t have those, and handed me my coffee. I drove away, took a sip and had to spit it out as it had some kind of flavored creamer in it. Terrible customer service and bad experience overall

Usually, the coffee is good at the Gregory Penscola Location, however, I think their barista was out. All the customers waited in drive-thru line for almost 10-15 minutes before an order was taken. I noticed that my mocha latte tasted funny, it looked like there was something in it; it had a texture like grease, and it smelled funny. It was not a mocha latte, I tasted mostly milk flavor. I have celiac and can only have certain flavors.

This Dwntwn location has been my Goodvibe---Safe place to hang...been n pcola since 2008 and a Starbucks Customer since 1993 San Francisco my hometown; Gregory location is Convenient for my Routine and where I reside, etc. Michael the MANAGER is cool and has been kind...he actually asked my name...which I'm not adamant about others knowing my name, yet its welcoming and excellent customer service:) he made an espresso steamed milk latte style... pure joy. Coffee is an ritual and an experience... And I don't just spend my green on any company. Today December 23rd 2024 impending Christmas my Sentimental HOLIDAY that is for me about love kindness and Gratitude. I was and have been discriminated against by one two of the Lead mgrs shift Mgr today Blonde very short spiked hair... She did not greet me...stared many times with expression of disgust... I asked for a refill considering I'm a longtime Rewards Member...she frowned glared so I jokingly said to the other PARTNER(ie. Employee) she doesn't like me...she laughed said have a good day. She then gossiped about me to the other partner while I'm sitting there. He immediately turned around to see whom she was talking about. I confronted him. Yes he said. This lead manager has no professionalism. The audacity to frown at her customer that basically keeps her in a job.
Customers are why they have jobs.
This Behavior is Highschool-like...mean girl stuff.
It doesn't belong in the Starbucks Corporation. Represent the company not your own Attitude. Be Kind to all customers.

I buy my coffee leave a tip every time even in my personal struggle financially.

The workers today were completely disrespectful and rude. Coffee order was incorrect, worker caught an attitude and remade only to purposely make the order wrong AGAIN and burnt the coffee. Can’t get anyone on the phone. As a local business owner who frequents this location daily, I WILL NOT BE BACK. The manager here is a star, but one particular employee needs additional training and a better attitude/personality if they are going to be in customer service. ⭐️

Took 3 baristas almost 20 minutes to make 2 drinks I was waiting to pick-up as a DoorDash driver. 1 of the baristas made 1 of the iced drinks right away, then set it down and stood towards the back letting the ice melt for 20 minutes while I waited for the order to be completed.
