This is the BEST Starbucks in Pensacola! The drinks always come out perfect, and the team here is super friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is fast and well-organized, which makes mornings so much easier. Even when the line looks long, they move quickly and still manage to get everything right. I come here for Jeanie (aka The Flavor Queen). She is so friendly and personable , always on top of my order, and always offers suggestions on sauces or syrup combos that are spot on. Her personality is infectious and I always leave a little happier after talking to her.
THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I was here in my lunch break and the manager Mike gave me a free drink and compliment! Sweetest thing ever. The atomosphere is just lovely snd the customer service is out of this world. One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Thanks so much Michael!
