Rude staff. I travel this is the worse Starbucks I have been to. One of the females behind the counter was overtalking, very hyper and yelling every word she said...and getting everyones order wrong.I think the workers friends were there so they would rather talk to their friends than help customers. Its definitely a college/campus type vibe at this Starbucks.I was not offered a receipt. Had to call back to get a copy of my receipt spoke to Benjamin he said he was a manager his customer service/people skills sure didn't show that he was. He said at Starbucks you have to ask for a receipt and it's my lucky day that he could find the copy. Do better. Don't go to this location save yourself the headache.

I have been going to this location regularly since 2020, and some of the employees are so sweet. I love when they recognize me and make the effort to do cute little doodles on my cup. Just too sweet :)

Rude lazy staff. They will intentionally ignore customers and are always out of the basics, for example, ice. Seriously, how are you always out of ice or "working blenders"? Smh, I don't get it. There's a legitimate Starbucks 5 min up the road anyways. Never again.

Can't give an opinion on the actual quality because of the 3 times that I have been there, they have NEVER been able to fulfill my order. First time blender was down, second time no peppermint syrup, third time no ice. Really NO ICE? There is a Tom Thumb across the street! Won't waste my time for number 4!

First time to this location. Plenty of parking, store is clean with plenty of seating. I read a review that they do military discounts and was able to confirm this is accurate. There were about 4 people working so we received our drinks pretty quick. The cashier was courteous and appeared to enjoy job (nothing is worse than rude/disrespectful customer service). Women's bathroom was clean too :)

I just got a venti green tea latte and the cup was half full! If I’m paying upwards of $3-4 for a drink, the least you can do is make sure it’s full! I haven’t taken a single sip, this is how it was given to me, which I of course noticed after I was far down the road.
