Plenty employees (3 were goofing off just talking & giggling when the counters & supplies needed addressing) *counters dirty & messy..out of napkins, stirrers, etc AND NO they were not busy at all
I wasn’t even acknowledged until finally asked if I was waiting on a “go” order..I love when employees seem happy but not over expecting a clean & well stocked establishment first..I pay too much to feel like I’m getting my coffee in a dirty store..step it up please

Yesterday drive thru ordered a small coffee, cream & Splenda on the side. Honest coffee was barely warm Today same order, mention yesterday's issue No apologies, nothing except. "Is it hotter today?" My answer, yes it is.

I once had the staff recommend a different way of doing my normal coffee and wow! What a difference staff knowledge can be! Been doing it this way ever since. It’s a little pricey with the add ons but let’s be honest it’s a business! And it makes me excited for one who provides such training to their employees for growth of the brand. Love the sitting area outside, great location for it and the pick up bar makes it easy. My kids get 2 cake pops when I get my coffee (mom guilt) lol They love each kind.

I haven't been to a Starbucks since 2016 and would not go to one if it was the last place on earth that had coffee. It's too politically stuffy, yupity.
The worst coffe ever!!I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and they forgot to add the Caramel. When I told them about it, they just added it on top and still tasted like nothing. Totally Flavorless.

ordered a coffee… the next customer comes up with a 5 min problem to be dealt with. after that the starbucks employee forgets me and starts stocking the kitchen. we make eye contact like 3 times and never gets started on my drink. not until other customers come up does she remember that i had ordered something… was she high on the job? or just racist? or lazy? or bad at her job? i got a simple sorry, but was expecting a “oh my god im so sorry… im an idiot.” but didnt get that ? unreal experience
