i ordered a brown sugar shaken oatmilk expresso. it came back to me looking completely white. i asked Annette for another shot but when she pushed the button it didnt fully come out. at that point i just tried to drink it because i didnt want to be a bother but i paid for this coffee and i hate my coffee sweet. i asked her if she could remake it for me bc i dont like sweet coffee or a refund i didnt mind either way and she rolled her eyes saying “ugh i guess” she remade it and i personally saw her put extra syrup and laugh with her coworker about it. i just said thank you and left. (picture is the REMAKE) how is it still so light?? I asked for an extra shot on top of what they already add???

Workers here need to re-learn hygiene protocols.

Touching your face or hair while preparing food is disgusting.

I had to tell the cashier I wanted a new cup because he ran his hand through his hair, grabbed our cups by the opening, all without washing his hands.

This place needs to be re-trained and the health department should come for an inspection.

The employees are rude and miserable. If something is out of stock, it should be off all the signs, not just one. I tried to order based on which sign I was looking at. The employee rudely pointed to the sign where it was marked out. Please hire people who actually want to work. It's so disappointing to have to encounter horrible customer service.

Gas station coffee, Starbucks price. Go to the Starbucks down the road by the Hilton service and coffee 10/10. The Starbucks in the mall parking lot also good

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and exceeded or expectations tonight. (Judging off of the previous reviews) We came in with special orders, drinks we found on social media that we wanted to try, and the staff was happy to accommodate. They made our drinks perfectly and quickly. This was our first time at this location (in the Target store) but we will definitely be back.

Decided to get a drink at Starbucks before shopping at Target, big mistake. As we walked into the store there is a large sign advertising a mint chocolate chip frappuccino. Hot day, sounded good. Get to the register and the young lady is killing a fly with a box, and there is a handwritten sign that stated "out of frap". I said I guess that means there is no chocolate mint frappuccio today then. The clerk then rolls her eyes at me and says we don't even make those anyway. I said you might want to take down your sign...she again rolled her eyes. My husband and I decided right then that we would not be purchasing anything they had to sell. I understand that retail and the restaurant business are tough right now...but I have worked both, and I treat all people with respect . There is no reason to be that rude to anyone. I will never set foot into that location again.

How do have customers waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes then tell them you are closed?! Nice customer service! You help those that waited.
