Not quite sure what’s going on with this location but the wait time through drive-thru has become borderline outrageous. I was pushed over my edge today when I received my hot macchiato in a warm state. I’m hoping that they seek resolution soon.

Used to be the best Starbucks but the quality has really gone downhill. The matcha is basically just milk at this point. The only drink I can get somewhat consistent is a mocha cookie crumble frappe.

This was unfortunately, the longest drive thru I have ever been in. This store is clearly understaffed, even when we got to the window they were struggling to keep up. Trexton, was so understanding, so kind, and so patient!! He made my experience entirely better! Thank you Trexton for making the best out of a poor situation, hoping you and your staff get the help you need soon!

I would give 5 stars if I felt the employees were being treated with respect and dignity. My order has always been correct and the staff incredibly friendly, but they are short-staffed at no fault of the employees. Managers need to do better.

This place would have been nice if they had moved a few years back with ample of parking space and a better drive thru and in and out of traffic. But nonetheless the people here are great, very friendly and sometimes the wait can be long. Nothing to special about Starbucks. As we all know it that it is where people hang out to suck up the internet and inhale the fresh brewed coffee. * Place has not changed*
