The team there is truly outstanding, consistently delivering exceptional service and skillfully preparing those delightful beverages with lightning-fast efficiency. And let me assure you, their warm and inviting nature is truly remarkable! They make it their mission to warmly greet every single customer who enters their establishment. One of their managers even graciously gifted me with complimentary coffee beans! Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend supporting their hardworking employees. They truly deserve generous tips!

Horrible ! Your drive thru should be shut down or traffic directed .. you are causing wrecks and traffic backed all the way out on Bayou it’s insane . I couldn’t even barely make it off of bayou and I had a hair appointment at Strut salon and ran late because of your business and poor layout of your drive-through! No coffee is worth a life because of dangerous traffic violations! And it ran me late for my hair appointment! Starbucks can do better!

I used to come to this Starbucks all the time, and it was great! Although the coffee is still good, the service was terrible this morning. You barely knew that the guy was talking to you on the speaker no greeting. When I got to the window to pay he ignored that I had my phone out to pay and turned his back to me. Needless to say whatever change was made at this Starbucks was not to the benefit of customers.

We always have such a good experience here. Today, Amanda went out of her way for us. We accidentally had some drinks ordered to a wrong Starbucks and she went above and beyond to help us! Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

This starbucks is always busy. I've tried going in but the window service always gets attention first. My last order didnt go so good. I ordered a simple coffee with 4 creams and sugar. I hot a black coffee and didn't realize it until I got back to work. A pretty easy order to get wrong.

Reading the reviews, I'm a regular & have rarely had any problem with anything! The waitstaff/cust service is far above average, the drink tastes the same great everytime as does all the bakery goods. There's a wait at peak times, but you can order ahead on app then run in & grab order. Parking is tight but still do-able in Pcola, FL. All this is true for every location I've ever been to & I've been to plenty. At worse, 1 out of 100 orders is off somehow, max. Starbucks has it going on.
