bought a strawberry acai refresher with peach juice and light ice. payed $8 for my drink to be 75% full and had no inclusions when i didnt ask for them to be taken out. Girl rushed me through my order and then said “here you go!” all happy, like she didnt just give me a drink that looks like someone chugged a huge sip out of it. for $8 this is ridiculous. talk about stingy. as if starbucks doesnt already make enough money, yall need to lower your prices down and give drinks that meet the suppose “$8 standards” that im paying for. meanless to say youre better ending up getting lemonade from walmart and mixing it together with strawberry flavoring. never coming back here.

Everyone is always nice and I'm not the type of person to complain and tell them to remake my drinks... but this is the 2nd time that I've got super watered down drinks from here..it was absolutely disgusting and it's crazy to me how that can even happen! Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

Alexander Messed up my order then I asked for a new drink to be made cause the way they made it was watered down. They were dishonest and did not make a new drink just poured the old drink in the new cup there then i asked him to please full it to the top with steam milk and he refused to and said that is the best he can do there was like another inch and a half. He put in no effort to correct the mistake I even gave him an easy way out and said could you please just fill the rest of the cup with milk and he said no that I'd have to order a latte and he stood on it cause it was company policy. He said if he did it for me he'd have to do it for everybody. I had a tall cup it was not gonna take much milk. He stood on company policy on such an insignificant amount of milk he was also aliitle arrogant. I know he can improve with some more training on how to treat people but this was horrible experience I had such a bad day and to see such a heartless person not care about just fixing the situation over a small of amount of milk just makes me frustrated. I went back in and got a refund and he gave it to me without any issues. I'm always honest in my reviews. And hold back on expressing anger and frustration.

This is usually my go to Starbucks but lately they have been slacking terribly on my drinks. I quit caffeine so now I only get tea and hot chocolate, the most simple thing to make yet they have been so watered down and tasteless. Even when I add more pumps the taste just isn’t there. It seems they have a few new people there so maybe they’re still learning so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I love Hailey! And would hate to have to switch to a different Starbucks.

It's difficult for Starbucjs to go wrong in my book so my review is always biased! I've been in all the Starbucks locations in Escambia County and I like them all. The biggest issue most of them face is a tiny parking lot but I don't hold that against them.
