I need the hot water for my kids so I decided to ask the barista and they tell me per company policy, I have to buy some drinks from the first in order to get the hot water. So I tried strawberry matcha strato Frappuccino. It’s really good. The combination of matcha and strawberry flavored cold foam is amazing. It’s not too sweet and a little bit of tangy from the foam. The service is fast. The staff is nice and helpful. The coffee shop is inside the mall and is it’s clean. Usually it’s crowded during the weekend

i got a cookie crumb frap and it tasted amazing but they didnt put the almond milk that i requested and the only why ik is because im lactose intolerant and i was in pain for hours after drinking it (maybe next time actually look at the whole order before making it could really impact someone’s day)

UPDATE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING TOLD I CANT USE CASH AT A STORE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. JUST BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE AS LAZY AS A DEAD DOG DOESNT MEAN I SHOULD HAVE TO SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE BECAUSE YOU ARENT TAKING CASH. F STARBUCKS AND YOUR CONSTANT CHANGES IS HOURS OF OPERATION AND AND STAFF THAT IS USELESS.This location consistently has great service. The hours have been unpredictable lately.

I don’t know why only 1 guy was making drinks while the other 3 girls were just talking and standing around. Super slow service.

Very slow, didn't know how make my coffee. But then again, rarely do I walk into a Starbucks and they actually make my coffee right. It's not difficult to make. It's just not a Frappuccino or a latte and that is what they serve all day. This Starbucks sucked but wasn't the worst I've ever had.
