Just bought a vanilla sweet cream cold brew that I buy in Fort Walton Beach daily and when I tell you that this was the most poorly made drink. After multiple request to add more coffee bc it was wayyy too much sweet cream, she drops the drink. Remakes it and I taste nothing but vanilla syrup.. boy this was an awkward and bad experience for me to be in Starbucks… the barista was trying but far from efficient..

I just want to say Starbucks is doing well also they treat people well and Starbucks is my favorite place to be I'm just going to stay away from the other shopping center I'm not going there anymore not even near Target people are just there are absolutely rude and I want to say to Starbucks workers are very special to me they always make me feel welcome that's why I like to hang out here the most because the people is Starbucks is just very special people that want to socialize with and they're always going to be blessed by God

However, not only was everything majority unavailable after my workday and my arrival of approximately 345p but I was also met with attitude and sarcasm when merely asking why my secondary BOGO item without ice was barely anything given? As I politely explained I was drinking one a bit later. Needless to say, everytime I attempt to go BACK to Starbucks...they..their service just proves why the mom \\u0026 pops....Mr Coffee guy deserves my earned money daily!

Excellent customer service @ this location.Had difficulty getting to the main Starbucks due to high traffic and construction. But I knew I could count on there being one inside Target!Worth the drive in and walk, exceeded expectations and my drink was made well!

I don't usually drink coffee products but while I was at the Starbucks on west 9 mile rd the waitress got me to try something different. I actually liked it and would go back again.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome with their families.
Parking: Mostly drive thru but there's parking all around. Handicapped ♿ parking at front of the building with easy access.
