For Mitzel, I wouldn't normally rate a starbs but I do feel I need to give a shout out to Mitzel who handled my order the last two times I went through the drive through. She's an elderly woman who gave the most comforting grandma vibes and I mean that in the highest form of a compliment. I got called honey, sweetie and dear in the same transaction and I can't even put into words how much I didn't realize I needed to hear that from a grandmotherly type. 🥲 it was warm sugar cookie grandma vibes and I'm here for it. 🥰

I am writing this review to say that I absolutely LOVE Mrs. Mitzie at this starbucks location!!! She is a ray of sunshine, and it always brings me cheer to see her. This starbucks is already one of the better ones in Pensacola, and Mrs. Mitzie is the icing on the cake👌
Usually this place is really hit or miss with encountering friendly staff, but I am leaving this review to specifically mention that Mitzie gave me one of the nicest greetings I’ve ever heard at a Starbucks today and I left with a smile on my face. I hope to see her in the drive thru more often because she is just the sweetest. Ryland is also one of my favorite baristas, he is always kind and makes great conversation. If my drink is ever wrong while he is on drive thru, he remakes it himself and it is always perfect.
