today i had a friend tell me that she went to starbucks to get a drink and some food but while she was there they treated her very poorly by putting on the bag of her food (evil starbucks) just because of her looks she is a minor and being treated horribly by immature adults who need to find better things to do then go against a child

This is normally my go to Starbucks in town. But tonight I drove by at 6:40 to grab a coffee and I completely regret it! I always order an oatmilk shaken espresso. This time I failed to order the oatmilk part and only realized once I was handed my drink. I apologized and explained my mistake and offered to pay for a whole new one because it was obviously my fault (and I can't drink whole milk due to an allergy). She seemed annoyed (fair) but said it was fine and then started whispering with someone. I then waited for a little bit and noticed nobody had gone over to the espresso machine. Then all of a sudden my drink was ready from around the corner?
I don't know if I pissed them off by forgetting to order my drink correctly? Or maybe they just didn't want to be there and decided to just pour cold brew into my drink to avoid the espresso machine? Or if the beans were bad? But this is 100% not a shaken espresso. Honestly this is gross. I even had my boyfriend try it as well because he used to work at a couple starbucks and maybe he would know what I got. And he agrees that it tastes very wrong, even the one with whole milk tastes weird, and that most likely they just poured cold brew into my drink. Especially since it has a peppermint aftertaste and apparently cold brews around this time of year typically have that taste to it. I had decided I was going to give him the whole milk one but even he didn't even want . Honestly both drinks were a waste. I know now not to go to that Starbucks at night. I just wanted what I ordered and instead I had to waste my money and throw out my drink.

Only Small Hot Drinks Available. They said they had no lids for medium or large hot drinks (Saturday 2:40PM cold outside) . Couldn't order any hot drinks for me and my party unless in a tall (small) size. They couldn't give us drinks with no lids so we did not order drinks.

I usually do Drowsy Poet. Cheaper. Same stuff. It's the holiday season. Thought of passing by Starbucks since no Poet was in the area. 1) After tip, almost $9 for a coffee with NO wrap to hold the hot cup?? Are you joking? It wasnt even a good drink. 2) I got the gingerbread and it honestly tasted like mold. Yuk. 3) They were out of peppermint syrup! How do you run out of that at the busiest time of year. Epic fail by manager. I've never experienced this at the Poet. Oh, well. I tried. Responses from them are pointless. They don't care. You can only give future customers the heads up on Google maps.

The drive thru is too short causing cars blocking the cars exiting and the line is all out in the street, staff don’t listen and rush you thru ordering resulting in orders being wrong.

There is one guy there that works the drive thru..he is awesome..I can't remember his name ..but has a ponytail. Every time my husband and I come through he is so kind and sweet..I also get the iced mocha half caf ..it's the best
