Drive through only but no signs until you park your car and walk up to a door with a table in front of it. By that time, all the people that came in after you are in line and you have to circle the whole building and get back in line. PUT UP SIGNS
Music is too LOUD at this Starbucks.

I'm just so done with this location. No one ever did speak to me when I went in to wait for my drink...got to my car and my Frapuccino was basically chocolate milk..just no ice to speak of...I even have extra ice on the order for this ongoing problem but it is clearly not going to ever be corrected. Starbucks is officially NOT THE ONLY GAME in town and this location just doesn't seem to care.

Good time wife my wife and daughter, good and quick service.
I purchased a Frappuccino this morning. My straw kept getting clogged. I took lid off and found small black plastic pieces in the Frappuccino. They were blended up when Frappuccino was made. I was truly upset, this was my first time at this location. If someone looks at this review please check your coffee because they don't. I added the photo were you can see the black pieces.

The store was dirty the cleanliness was good the employees are good the furniture and decor was just very unappealing there was a cushion chair I didn't even want to sit in & my smoothie was yuck, never visit again
Don't use mobile order. I use it to help with my anxiety it's also typically faster. I placed an order and drove to pick it up. I was told to pull around and it wasn't ready in fact they couldn't find the order. He asked if I was at the right location so I pulled forward and parked to make sure, not wanting to hold the line if I was mistaken. I was at the right store I pull back around waiting in line agian, to tell him I was the person with the mobile order he says "you're good" so I assume he found my order in the time I parked and drove around. I wait once at the window he still doesn't have my order I show him the online receipt and he places my order. The system was changed for some reason and I assume that's why orders are not coming through. I had placed my order at 3.23 at this point its 3.50. I'm not mad at the workers clearly they had no way of preventing this I'm just not happy the store changed a system that worked and made me wait in line twice and then hold up the line.
This store is dirty. Trash clutters the floor, and the countertops. The tables are sticky not being wiped off or cleaned. The coffee is great though.

My refresher tasted horrible. It had barely any fruit, it had a hint of coffee, and the cashier was not friendly at all. Waste of money.

Why does Starbucks suck so bad now? For nearly 24 years I spent more money with Starbucks than dining out. Outspending fast food to 2 star Michelin I spent an average of over $5,000.00/yr at Starbucks. Now I’ve deleted my account, uninstalled apps, tossed my Starbucks mugs, French press, and assorted paraphernalia, and no longer consume anything made by their inept staff. They are not baristas and you will not find young workers who give 2 cents about making safe coffee to consume.
Since I don’t have a burr grinder I had been begrudgingly purchasing whole bean to grind on site. Do you think they can get this right? No, Starbucks doesn’t keep much whole bean these days. Must be because they claim to be a coffee house. You should play the lottery if you manage to find a bag of coffee in a Starbucks! I returned 2 bags at the Blue Angel location only to bring the third to the Rave location (the only polite staff in 50miles with a “coffee manager”) to get it ground correctly. I made a mistake ever returning to this location (nine mile/pine forest known amongst Starbucks staff as the worst by reputation in Pensacola) and bought Italian roast since their were only garbage blonde mixes. I relaxed a little as the woman was around my age (47) and imagined she must be a manager since she was dressed casual attire (no uniforms which seems to be acceptable at all Starbucks now), and I asked for espresso ground. This location is the darkest location I’ve ever visited and after inspecting the grind it seemed okay despite the fact she just folded it over once and I had to correct it.
Of course now that I’ve put it into a better container and tossed the bag I found on my first attempt it was way too fine. I tried 6 times to measure and/or weigh the coffee and tamped at varying amounts trying to get any liquid to come from the machine. On the fourth try, though I thought I had purged the system enough, I was burned by steam, hot grounds and coffee exploding from the machine. I do not have a cheap $200-$300 machine and I’ve been making espresso longer than most of your staff has walked the earth. It’s become apparent I need to invest in a burr grinder and find another company to buy whole beans from.
I find myself with a shortened shelf life (terminal diagnosis) and went from being a successful artist to a cripple in poverty. Coffee and cigars are my simple pleasures. I can no longer afford cigars and honestly shouldn’t be spending money on “high end” coffee, but they made my life enjoyable for an hour of each day. A reprieve from the pain and suffering of my mind and body failing me. If only there was a Dietrich’s in Pensacola.

Baristas are amazing and kept up with so many orders! But the parking lot is tiny, and going through the drive through is a nerve-wracking experience.
