Not even a one star. Every single morning I come (I try one or two times a week) at 0705-0710 the lady there is always rude and never ready. I have been holding off giving a review due to the fact I was hoping one day I would go she wouldn't be there but that is not the case and it's always a week day. This morning was the last straw, I came in and again she blamed the opener for not being there yet and nothing being ready yet, she is always the one there when I go in, again on her phone with her headphones in AS USUAL so i literally wasn't even in the mood to ask questions and just turned around and walked out. It's extremely unprofessional and I will make sure I tell my Command to not even attempt to go there. They have lost me as a customer for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm vegetarian and I always want to avoid cross contamination with meat so very politely I asked if she could get some fresh gloves to make my sandwich and told her I appreciated it. The lady obviously had a problem with this, wouldn't look at me or reply, and mumbled under her breath. She then handed off my sandwich to the other lady who I hoped would be more friendly and YIKES was I wrong. She asked what toppings I wanted, so I told her some, and she got mad when I didn't list everything at the same time as to not overload her. Then at checkout it gave the option to "swipe subway card" and swiped a subway gift card assuming this would be what that meant. I wasn't sure if it was, but honestly didn't want to ask her a question and be bitched at. It declined, so I told her It was a gift card and she then yelled at me saying "you have to tell me how would I know that." I was polite and kind the whole time, assuming they had a bad day or something but now I truly wish I dished it back. Service workers don't have to be overly nice but they don't have to be straight MEAN either. Don't love getting yelled at and belittled when getting a sandwich.

Rudest two ladies I’ve encountered in this area. Owner has to see these reviews yet they continue to work there.
The two ladies that always work here always have horrible attitudes. They’re always on their phones and it’s like a problem that a customer comes in for them to help. The owners should probably look into hiring somebody that actually cares about helping people that’s bringing in their money to pay for payroll.

Came here October 21st Monday 2024 to pick up a catering order to deliver. When I stated why I was there, the lady working got a terrible attitude. She asked me, " are you sure? We have this order for delivery". I'm like "right, that's why I'm here, to deliver it." I asked her what do you mean? She then proceeded to talk to me like I'm a child. She said, " we have this order as delivery, meaning we are supposed to deliver it ourselves. I'll have to call my boss and ask". And that's fine what she said, but it's the way she spoke to me. She deliberately said everything very slowly, the way you would explain something to a toddler, meanwhile giving me ugly looks. I assume they were upset that they weren't going to get the tip for the delivery. I don't care, don't speak to me like I'm some kind of child. I'm an adult. And when you state "we have it for delivery", you're not really explaining what you mean. What am I supposed to think from that statement?. So I just looked at her and said, "thankyou so much for the clarification" in a very smart ass manner. You want to treat me with disrespect, I'll give it right back. She called her boss and I left with my catering order. She also asked for my name and wrote it down, which I found to be very strange. If management wants to know my name, they can look on the ez cater paperwork to see who the delivery person is. When it's all said and done, this employee needs to check her attitude. I don't recommend going to this subway location EVER. unless you want to be treated rudely and be disrespected.

One of the person preparing food appeared to have the sniffly nose very disturbing should have had something covering nose just felt not right did not mention but taught I should here this subway on 9th ave n Cervantes next to gas station

Went to try and get a sub today mid day at 5pm, and they were closed just talking inside for no reason. They were just shaking there head and screaming they were “closed”. The white women at the counter seemed very rude about it.

Went 20 mins after they opened and stayed out of baked chicken the whole time I was there. Which is primarily what I eat. Other food bland

The sale person was nasty didn't wash hands.and just pick up bread from the floor she drop but I'm glad I caught her. Cause she was still making me the sandwich. Then started cussing me out and call the police. Police tell me they heard the sandwich. Are nasty. None comes here. This was Sunday 3:36pm the white lady appear to be on crack eye were big and barely can talk. Even police said no one from the P.D. don't ever go there

I pulled up this morning open sign is on. States online and on the door that they open at 7 a.m.. the door is locked should I call inside to see if they possibly just forgot to unlock it. And The woman Inside states that no she's not open yet that she needs another 30 minutes. Will the store doesn't open till 8:00 then online and on the front door needs to be changed. Or find people that can show up to work on time to have your store open on time

I have been to this place three times at least. I know a review for Subway is boring. But some are better than others. Just saying that it's a good Subway and I will go there when I'm in the area.
