Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had… I placed an online order and showed up at the time it said it would be ready. The dusty old lady working behind the counter was rude and was ZERO help.. I was basically told that the app is a 3rd party app and that Subway has nothing to do with the fact my order wasn’t there for them to see on their end. I was charged for my meal without receiving any food, I wasted my entire lunch break, and all I wanted was for them to make the food since I had the order on the receipt on my phone. I won’t be back.

I’ve usually liked Subway in the past, but the last two visits to this location left me sick and in the bathroom for days. The service was also unpleasant – one of the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this location unless you wanna spend two or three days in the bathroom.

very rude woman working at the counter. she was making online orders and totally ignored me. I said I was in a rush and she said, then you came to the wrong place! Her and her false eyelashes can take a hike! She didn't even make eye contact or wait on customers in the store first.

Working over here today and got my lunch. Not even 30 minutes later I was sick and then my stomach started aching bad. Sharp pain, sweat and I still had 4 hours to go. I've never had this reaction to food this suddenly but something tells me not to ever go back and to warn others who want to avoid an unpleasant experience

Won’t take coupons. Made us pay $40 for a meal that should have been $18. I get it’s a franchise type company but that just means they can all refuse cuz coupons aren’t profitable.

Customer service here by the lady that makes the sandwiches and checks out is the worst experienced. She’s obnoxiously rude. It’s wild she works in customer service.

Not even a one star. Every single morning I come (I try one or two times a week) at 0705-0710 the lady there is always rude and never ready. I have been holding off giving a review due to the fact I was hoping one day I would go she wouldn't be there but that is not the case and it's always a week day. This morning was the last straw, I came in and again she blamed the opener for not being there yet and nothing being ready yet, she is always the one there when I go in, again on her phone with her headphones in AS USUAL so i literally wasn't even in the mood to ask questions and just turned around and walked out. It's extremely unprofessional and I will make sure I tell my Command to not even attempt to go there. They have lost me as a customer for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm vegetarian and I always want to avoid cross contamination with meat so very politely I asked if she could get some fresh gloves to make my sandwich and told her I appreciated it. The lady obviously had a problem with this, wouldn't look at me or reply, and mumbled under her breath. She then handed off my sandwich to the other lady who I hoped would be more friendly and YIKES was I wrong. She asked what toppings I wanted, so I told her some, and she got mad when I didn't list everything at the same time as to not overload her. Then at checkout it gave the option to "swipe subway card" and swiped a subway gift card assuming this would be what that meant. I wasn't sure if it was, but honestly didn't want to ask her a question and be bitched at. It declined, so I told her It was a gift card and she then yelled at me saying "you have to tell me how would I know that." I was polite and kind the whole time, assuming they had a bad day or something but now I truly wish I dished it back. Service workers don't have to be overly nice but they don't have to be straight MEAN either. Don't love getting yelled at and belittled when getting a sandwich.

The two ladies that always work here always have horrible attitudes. They’re always on their phones and it’s like a problem that a customer comes in for them to help. The owners should probably look into hiring somebody that actually cares about helping people that’s bringing in their money to pay for payroll.

Came here October 21st Monday 2024 to pick up a catering order to deliver. When I stated why I was there, the lady working got a terrible attitude. She asked me, " are you sure? We have this order for delivery". I'm like "right, that's why I'm here, to deliver it." I asked her what do you mean? She then proceeded to talk to me like I'm a child. She said, " we have this order as delivery, meaning we are supposed to deliver it ourselves. I'll have to call my boss and ask". And that's fine what she said, but it's the way she spoke to me. She deliberately said everything very slowly, the way you would explain something to a toddler, meanwhile giving me ugly looks. I assume they were upset that they weren't going to get the tip for the delivery. I don't care, don't speak to me like I'm some kind of child. I'm an adult. And when you state "we have it for delivery", you're not really explaining what you mean. What am I supposed to think from that statement?. So I just looked at her and said, "thankyou so much for the clarification" in a very smart ass manner. You want to treat me with disrespect, I'll give it right back. She called her boss and I left with my catering order. She also asked for my name and wrote it down, which I found to be very strange. If management wants to know my name, they can look on the ez cater paperwork to see who the delivery person is. When it's all said and done, this employee needs to check her attitude. I don't recommend going to this subway location EVER. unless you want to be treated rudely and be disrespected.
