Very disappointed! I called to have a remake because my sub was soggy and the vegetables looked horrible When I called the manager was rude to me telling me that they wouldn’t remake because it was a week ago, even though I corrected myself and told her it was only a few days ago. The manager said she can’t do anything about it even with a receipt. Awful customer service. I won’t be back.

I didn’t step foot in the store but was ordering with DoorDash two ft long cookies for my work. Unfortunately these employees are too incompetent to read “cookie” vs churro due to the fact I was delivered the wrong items.

My wife was in early labor throughout the evening, and the store opened this morning at 6AM… so it says. I was not feeling super well and needed to get something in my stomach, and so I waited for them to open. I got down there about 6:10, and the doors were closed, but unlocked, so I walked in. The lady working in there immediately said we are not open. I told her I thought they opened at 6, and she said very rudely and straight, Yes, but they were behind. I asked her when they thought they would be open and she didn’t answer. I stood there for a few seconds and asked again when they planned to open. She said very sharply “We just need a few minutes.” I wasn’t being rude or mean in any way. I then waited outside in the hall until 6:25 when she propped the doors open. I then walked in, and she immediately picked up a rag and started wiping down surfaces not even paying attention to me and acted as if I didn’t exist. Did I mention my wife was in early stages of labor? After standing there for a couple minutes, she says once again with what seems to be an attitude toward me, “What are you wanting, sir?” At that point, I almost walked out, but I really needed to get back to my wife. She can make a good sandwich, but the customer service so bad. If that was my store, she would have been fired in a heartbeat, I don’t care how desperate I would have been.

We like subway sandwiches every once in a while. That's a good thing though, with how much they are for just a sandwich and nothing else. I mean their prices are a little ridiculous. Since their toppings are sitting out all day and they just add to them when they are low. Went their yesterday 11/29 and ordered 2 Philly steak with little toppings foot long and one medium drink. That came out to $30. Are you serious with this? These so called fast food are pricing like they are actual restaurants. It's not like they use the best quality meat on their subs. That's why we only go their every once in a while. I'd rather go to firehouse and get more for the same price.

Placed online order 30 minutes prior to walking in. Several online orders were available for pickup but none were mine. Sat there and watched other people's sandwiches get pushed in front of mine.
Came in this subway in the hospital about 15 20 minutes ago. The short white female working there june 28 2023 was very nasty and rude. Mind you I was being very pleasant,very nice. I was determined not to give her the same energy,I ordered my sandwiches and got out of there. She was roughly handling my food, giving me attitude. Again I was determined to not let her rude energy turn my energy rude. There were two other woman in there and they all ignored me when I walked in. I really could have gave them that same energy ,but I kept compulsor with a smile. I guess this is a sign to stop eating subway, what the devil meant for bad God turned it into ??

Don’t Uber here. Even if present at 1030 and they close at 1200 you have to DoorDash your food to yourself. I call ahead and asked if I could come and order food and they said yes, until midnight. But it’s located in a hospital and the security won’t let you enter the building . So after a 30$ Uber fare, they still wanted me to DoorDash food to myself.
