We arrived and the woman attending was talking on the phone in the back, she saw that we were waiting for more than 5 minutes and did not mind, she continued with her call.
The short portly woman was SUPER RUDE and her demeanor was nasty! It was almost like I was bother her. Sad

Went in this morning at 910 am The lady at the counter was super rude, and super unprofessional kept shaking her head at me every time I ordered something when I asked for more sauce cause she barely put any on there. It’s like she looked disgusted. I work at a food place in a hospital, where people are already having a hard time. I’ve been at this hospital two weeks with my TEN MONTH OLD! I’m stressed out enough going through all the emotions just wanted to get a breakfast sandwich and she was so rude and professional do not work at a Children’s Hospital when you’re gonna deal with parents who are already dealing with a lot 🤷🏻♀️
I walked out. I didn’t even Get my order or pay for it. After looking at the reviews, I’m sure she still works there. I guarantee you the reviews are about that same lady.
Remove that photo of the wrong subway. You can’t access this subway from outside if the hospital
i went in to get my lunch today and asked for a cheesy garlic steak on a chipotle wrap. steak was cold not even heated up and it was put on flatbread. im usually not the type to complain but this is just absolutely ridiculous. i will not be back

They made my chicken teriyaki sandwich wrong, I went back to ask for a refund. The lady says she shouldn’t refund it because it was made the way it was ordered when in FACT it was not made correctly. It is not my fault that the person taking the order made it incorrectly even though I verbally gave them the correct order. This person was very rude, I returned the sandwich with maybe a bite missing and nothing else. Will not give them my business again. If they weren’t inside a hospital where this location is strictly convenient I’m absolutely certain that due to their workers nasty attitudes they wouldn’t have any business at all. She kept my receipt after she did give back the refund so I am unable to provide information from the receipt. I was there on Tuesday August 12th 2025 at 12:40pm.
No military discount! Every other subway in American has this discount! Why not yours. Last time I will waste my money in this hospital!

Why employee wants to judge you on how they should give on your sandwich instead what the orders require. Young lady decided to loaded me up with cheese not the meat that I should’ve gotten. I didn’t say nothing but that was my last meal there, and the tip went out the door with me.

Very disappointed! I called to have a remake because my sub was soggy and the vegetables looked horrible When I called the manager was rude to me telling me that they wouldn’t remake because it was a week ago, even though I corrected myself and told her it was only a few days ago. The manager said she can’t do anything about it even with a receipt. Awful customer service. I won’t be back.

I didn’t step foot in the store but was ordering with DoorDash two ft long cookies for my work. Unfortunately these employees are too incompetent to read “cookie” vs churro due to the fact I was delivered the wrong items.

My wife was in early labor throughout the evening, and the store opened this morning at 6AM… so it says. I was not feeling super well and needed to get something in my stomach, and so I waited for them to open. I got down there about 6:10, and the doors were closed, but unlocked, so I walked in. The lady working in there immediately said we are not open. I told her I thought they opened at 6, and she said very rudely and straight, Yes, but they were behind. I asked her when they thought they would be open and she didn’t answer. I stood there for a few seconds and asked again when they planned to open. She said very sharply “We just need a few minutes.” I wasn’t being rude or mean in any way. I then waited outside in the hall until 6:25 when she propped the doors open. I then walked in, and she immediately picked up a rag and started wiping down surfaces not even paying attention to me and acted as if I didn’t exist. Did I mention my wife was in early stages of labor? After standing there for a couple minutes, she says once again with what seems to be an attitude toward me, “What are you wanting, sir?” At that point, I almost walked out, but I really needed to get back to my wife. She can make a good sandwich, but the customer service so bad. If that was my store, she would have been fired in a heartbeat, I don’t care how desperate I would have been.
