Got there soonish after opening. As I pulled into the parking lot they turned the open sign off and hid in the back. Never got to try the food or see the atmosphere but I can tell the service is not there

Ordering speaker doesn’t work lady asked you to pull around and don’t come to the window set at the window more than 15 minutes honk the horn steel no one came so I left this happened every time I comes on my lunch break it be the same to ladies, that never wants to answer The drive-through

This subway is trash and cheap...watery down soup(i assume so you can make make more money of the product while giving us less quality just cause we didnt watch you make it so no one can prove your doing it) but i should not be able to see through (almost to the bottom) cheddar broccoli soup. Also my sandwich was made incorrectly but i didnt tip so I'm sure thats why.
Also, yall know when produce has been out too long...stop disrespecting peoples intelligence and do what you know ur supposed to do. Scam urself right outta business.

I ordered DoorDash and asked for black olive pickles and I got no black olives or pickles just straight lettuce and meat not happy then I call the store and they don’t do nothing about it at all poor on yiur part I am not happy

I've come here three times within the past month because its up the street from my job so easy lunch. My co-workers have warned me about coming to this particular Subway because the owners are rude. Each time I've come here they have been rude as though they don't want to service me. Today was my final straw with this establishment. I walked in with my coupons the girl informed me that they didn't accept them. Fine. I continued to order she again said they don't take the coupons so I asked her can I still buy a sandwich or no? She fixed my sandwich and as she's fixing it I had to stop her from putting the old wilted spinach on my sandwich, as well as stop her from just squirting copious amounts of the other toppings that I wanted on my sandwich. After packaging my sandwich I asked could she put the chips and receipt in the bag in which she had a problem with that and clearly had an attitude. Like I said I get attitude every time I come to this location so third time is the charm and I will never be back. Now I know why my co-workers go the the further subway.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. guy was just sitting down with headphones on, store completely empty, denied to make a sandwich. such lazy employees that must be why the store is so empty

I always have great service & food. Today was the first time I noticed that the girl adding my veggies never took her gloves off to ring up my food. Cross contamination issue! So gross!

Several of the veggies had been on the line for too long. They were soggy and turned color, especially spinach. Employees were on their phone while we were being served. Then they were sitting in the lobby watching videos on their phone while we ate. All but one of the tables were dirty and needed to be clean. They had visible food residue on them. We were told they don’t accept any coupons. Worst subway I’ve had. Won’t be back.

Subway sends out coupons from time to time. I took my family to subway on Pensacola Blvd and told them I had coupons. They informed me they don't accept coupons. This is corporate greed it it's worst. The local franchise gets the benefit of National promotions and will not honor their own corporate coupons. Shame on them. They need to put a huge sign telling customers before they walk in the door that they do not honor their own companies promotions
