Well I can definitely tell it's new management because for one the food use to be excellent....they had a young lady that was great always on point with greeting and food .... then it's a lot of foreigners in the facility because they have so sense of purpose or time management..no problem with new employees but a least care about your job to have help in the restaurant if you can't speak english to well...HAVE A TRANSLATOR!!!

I order from here every single day and I order from my mobile app. Every single day I have to wait an additional 30 minutes even tho my app says it’s ready. They’re very rude and unprofessional. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, but not it’s every single day. I’m a type 1 diabetic who has to eat at certain times within my work schedule. I’m always late and today I nearly passed out waiting 30 extra minutes for my food. This is absolutely absurd.

The place is tiny and poorly lit. It is nestled between car lots and easily missed due to its size and bad lighting. There were no cars in the parking lot and it looked abandoned. I had ordered pick up from Door Daah and there was 1 young man working. I pulled up to the drive thru board since the lobby looked closed. It took him a minute to speak, but he already had my subs ready and the service was quick.

Got a to go order of sub and chips. After three bites of the first half of the sandwich I found a long dark hair embedded in the meat of the sandwich. returned to the 6383 Pensacola Blvd store to discuss with the manager. When I asked for the manager a woman behind the counter said "we don't have one but I've been here the longest". Asked her to come over to a table and showed her the hair. I also noted the woman working the counter had what appeared to be the same color, type, and length of hair that was in my sandwich.I told the woman with you all not wearing a hat or hair net it's likely to happen again. She said "we aren't required to wear a hair net". I said just because you can operate at the lowest acceptable standard or regulation doesn't mean you should. she offered to make another sandwich to which I declined. It's obvious there is no management present and she had a nonchalant attitude and poor customer service. Wanted to continue the conversation by stating "we aren't obligated to wear hair nets". "We don't have any hair nets". I threw three quarters of my sandwich in their garbage can and said thanks and walked out the store. Hopefully the owner, in the absence of a manager, will implement the requirement to wear a hair net when working in the food preparation line. No one wants to find a nasty hair in their food!

Staff was very rude. Very very rude to me and let me sit in the rain with my window down( the rain was pouring in my vehicle and the staff laughed when I expressed that) . When I went in to ask when I would be helped the staff on this day was rude and unapologetic. I asked “when will I know when I will be helped ?” To which the employee replied “we will be with you in a minute “ very rudely. Very unprofessional and acted like they could get away with it as the manager allows such rude and unprofessional behavior.I am a 20 year customer service professional and was not impressed. And I will not be coming back here! Oh and to top it off this person wouldn’t let me order my food. Refused to make my food. Needless to say, I will be contacting this manager and also whoever is over the store manager.

They must be the only Subway in the State of Florida that don't take Subway coupons they will never see me again , the other stores in Pensacola are happy to take them I'll do my subs there from now on.

Staff had no interest in being there. Tomatoes had mold all over them and I HAD TO TELL THEM NOT TO PUT THEM ON MY SANDWICH. Veggies were all frozen or old. Walked out. I had to tell them to get rid of the tomatoes!
