I placed an order from this location through the Subway app and my order was never delivered and I called them multiple times and the reuse to give me a refund saying I need to call doordash when it was placed through their app not Doordash and then even doordash can't find the order then they give me a 1 800 number to call and that is for employees only. So they're stealing my money and refusing to do anything about it especially a lady named Kelcee

This subway didn’t even deserve a star. I go there 3 to 4 times a week during my lunch break to eat lunch. The last couple Times my sandwiches have been made wrong. I pointed out to the employees which got very rude and agitated with me about the sandwich being made Wrong they got very ugly with me and I walked out. They unprofessional at this subway location. Do not eat their the employees are rude and unprofessional.
The sandwiches are perfect and the service is friendly and fast! I just think it’s wild you don't accept coupons at this location! Yall send them to my mailbox not even a mile up the road but i cant use them. I prefer firehouse but if i have a coupon for subway im going to use it, unfortunately I couldn’t.

Ordered one sandwich tonight, husband says there was noone else inside, and I didn’t get my pepperoni on my sandwich. As a pregnant women with a craving, that ruined the whole sandwich. As well as pepperoni being an upcharge add and not have it applied to the sandwich is very agitating.

Went to the one on 9th avenue, the girl did an excellent job on my order, very nice. The one in Walmart was out of half their stock at 7 pm and closing down.

Owner only keeps two employees total to make sandwiches and work the register for walk-in and drive-through. To top it off, the location doesn’t accept Subway coupons. The employees are hard-working; this is not because of them.
