It’s my local subway but they stopped accepting coupons, ended up driving to another subway. I guess no money is better than some money?

I would not be leaving a negative review because I generally like this location, but I’ve been trying to contact anyone at this company to remedy my situation for over an hour. This company does not want to be contacted or help the customer! I had a big issue this evening when trying to place an order online with this store. Not only did I not get my order, but I lost $ off of my gift card. Needless to say, we grabbed dinner somewhere else. I’d like for this store to fix this situation. If not, I can’t continue to eat there. What a headache this has been!

How a MVP rewards sandwich buy one get one for a dollar.went in the store when the app didn't work and they told me they don't accept it anyway!... I said I just got the coupon this morning they said later accept it. There's no one to contact at corporate office I don't know why you send me these if you don't honor them. I can't even give you a picture of the coupon because you don't allow pictures on here and I can't show you the receipt. Subway customer service sucks there's a lot of subways around you sure know how to lose customers. I tried the app while I was in the store and this coupon would not show up so I asked the manager to honor the coupon and they said they don't accept this anyway that's a corporate deal.

I came in for a DoorDash around 7:30/7:40 on 6/7/25 and when I walked in there were three workers a young black male who was very helpful and her was accompanied by his two female workers I recall one had a name tag on with the name Nichole and the other woman with finger waves in her hair . I proceeded to stand in line there was and older black male in front of me and a teenage couple in front of him. The couple was waiting for their food I assume was a mobile order due to the interaction. The two female workers worked on the mobile order and DoorDash order while the young black man helps the customer. The male of the couple was watching them make the sandwiches and he thought the one she was making was his. She had put a good amount of lettuce one it and he just kindly asked if you can put less lettuce on the sandwich. The lady making the sandwich then proceeded to stare at him and not speak. She had this nasty look on her face. Nichole looked at her and jumped in and told him that she was working on another sandwich, while the other lady is still staring at him and not say a word. Nichole gives the couple their food and the other lady just stares at them in a nasty and very intimating manner as they walk out the door. She proceeds to direct it towards me because I was watching her do this. When they left they immediately started to talk about them and make fun of him asking for less lettuce on a sandwich he thought was his. As it was my turn at the counter she just rudely stares me down and doesn’t say a word then after a second goes by she say something and I tell her I’m her for a door dash and she just really stands there. When Nichole handed me my DoorDash I let her know I will be calling corporate and making a complaint and the lady with the finger curls seemed unbothered and didn’t care about how she just acted in the work place. She tried to intimidate a young teenage couple and then mad fun of them when they left with customers still in the store. I even said to them they could have waited until the customers left. I don’t think someone with such nasty customer service should work in food. He was a young boy who probably doesn’t know about the food industry and just wanted less lettuce if that was his sandwich

Hi subway personnel I called store before arriving they were closed in 30 mins Friday night made it there anyway our favor subway made the sandwich perfectly very easy to talk lady she made it just the way the All American Club was supposed to be even toasted the Artisan bread the bad part is is that by the time I got to end of sandwich the bun or roll was hard so hard u couldn’t even bite in to it my husband’s half was the same we paid over 13 dollars I even left a generous tip of 4 bucks for her and I mention that the food was great but the rolls or buns need to be checked for freshness’s and not served to your customers

Thank you to Niley (sorry if it's spelled wrong). My first trip to subway in 8yrs! My debit card wasn't working and after several attempts she used her own personal card and bought me lunch! Wonderful experience. Thank you. I'll be to see you again.

Rudest experience I've had in a long time. I hardly ever review but this was so blatant. I had a 3 footlong coupon and ordered the exact same for all of them (ultimate BMT) and the woman (short, older, spikey blonde highlights) looked straight at my face and said "OMG PURGATORY" then preceeded to talk trash as her coworker helped her. Stating how she was going to be "stuck in this nightmare forever". My mother just shattered her wrist and came out of surgery. We're all doing rounds to help and this was the quickest option. Whoever is managing that store, please know that she was the worst wave of energy I've come across in a good while. She doesn't need to be working with customers. PERIOD.

Not sure what I did to disrespect the staff here. Must be what happened for them to give me 3+(?) day old bread. This is crazy. Unacceptable. Gonna need that tip back.
If it’s falling apart in your hand, it’s stale. FYI.

Just ate from here for the last time. I had a coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99, so my wife went to use it only to be told their "coupon machine" was out of order. She placed our order anyway, a roast beef, and a ham and turkey footlong. Nothing else, and the total was over $22.
The flatbread I always order has changed to about 50% as thick, no thicker than a tortilla, and was chewy after being toasted. They've obviously started using an A.I. guided lazer to cut the meats and cheeses, or hired the guy that cuts pepperoni at pizza hut. They also were a bit stingy on the veggies. Subway was once the best place for good subs and good value. Now they're probably the worst.

Restaurant appears to be redone on the inside. The staff were pleasant. The fountain drink machine and tea station were a little on the messy side for there to be no other customers in the store. Food was good.

Me and daughter's came to order our food Togo. My order was simple and theirs was a Lil difficult but they was pprofessional about it and I had a day old coupon but the update one's in the car they still rung me up right until one of my daughters brought back the update one. And they all had smile's. It was so good when I got home and ate it I had to come back and get another one. I'm a cook in a restaurant myself and I highly recommend this location ?
