Food and workers were not a problem. Low rating is for no longer accepting coupons and yet having no signage to let customers know. Changes like that should be communicated clearly.

I was in the line waiting on the worker to finish up with another customer . She finished the customer sandwich and went to the register and got his money she took the gloves off and after handling the cash she came right to me and grab some gloves and tried to make my sandwich without washing her hands she put all them germs and bacteria on the gloves and food.....nasty wouldn't eat here.

Ordered online twice, both times order was wrong (minor, missing veg, bread switched up on sandwiches)
The food itself is fine, classic subway taste.
Went in once 2-3mo ago and an employee was cursing about the job, hours, etc - just made it uncomfortable being in the store watching the person making my food complain through the entirety of my order.

Had pretty much the entire bottle of sriracha on my sub when I put light sauce on the order. I couldn’t eat my leftovers from a soggy spicy mess ☹️

Ive always received fast and attentative service here. Savannah and Theresa did a great job and made sure I was taken care of. This location is always busy when Im here, but the employees have always done their best to manage the wild customer fluctuations that are just a part of food service. Thanks guys :)

My daughter and I stopped by on Sunday, March 24th. The two young men working were great. I've never tipped at a Subway before, but I tipped them a few dollars. While we were sitting in the restaurant eating, a red headed woman with a very tight white tank top came in with a full shopping cart. No big deal. Until she started harassing the two workers. At first it seemed like maybe she was a mother of one of them, and was just being playful with giving them a hard time. Then my daughter and I began to get uncomfortable because it became apparent that this lady was probably a manager or supervisor who was not on the clock. Apparently they burned bread at the store on accident. It didn't smell like they had, so my daughter asked, "Don't they make bread up front? I thought that's why it smells like fresh bread here." The red headed woman snapped her head around and glared at my daughter, then started yelling at the two young men about how to make bread and to pull it out when it beeps no matter what color it is, and started yelling at them about wasting money. Her voice was getting louder and angrier with each word.My daughter and I became very uncomfortable and we grabbed our bags and nearly ran out of the store. I made sure to tell the lady that those boys were fine and did a great job for us, and the reason we were leaving was because of HER.Her behavior was uncalled for, especially in the front of the restaurant in front of paying customers. I will NOT be going back if I see that woman in the restaurant. NO MATTER WHAT.This woman triggered my C-PTSD so badly that I had to go straight home. My 11 year old daughter and I were at a loss for words. We just hope those two young men are okay. Next time we go to Walmart we will be peeking inside to see if they're there and likely will assure them that they are and to keep up the good work.To the red headed woman who ran us out of the restaurant:Everyone makes mistakes, lady. Even you.

The manager threatened to kick me out because I have a medical service dog. I said I wanted to order and she said "get out! Your dog just bit somebody" which was a huge lie since my dog has service collars on and there was no customer in the store except me. This is a scary place with a crazy manager. No matter their reviews are bad and dropping.

$1 an inch? Thin and flat subs, all three. Barely any toppings. So very disappointed just now. This location used to be my weekly go to. Going around the corner to Phillie's now.

I have never complained about a subway before, this is hard for me to write. The bread was very doughy, the produce was old and rotting... We couldn't even eat our food.... Waste of money, Very unsatisfied... Please do better in the future.

The bread didn't taste fresh at all. They were reportedly out of wheat bread, which is strange since they've been open for only 2-3 hours and it was still relatively early. I suspect the manager is using 2-3 day old bread to make sandwiches, instead of baking fresh bread daily. It certainly tasted like it. Bread on half of my BMT sandwich tasted dry and stale, while the other half was tough and chewy like it was warmed up in a microwave or something. Not sure if they even have a microwave in the store, but that's how it tasted. I won't eat here again. If they're using stale old bread to make sandwiches instead of fresh-baked bread, there's no telling what else they're doing.
