Out of 5 consecutive orders, not a single one was correct. Sandwiches wrong, sides and drinks either wrong or completely missing. Website gives applesauce as the only side option for Kids meal but store employee said they never have applesauce.

The bar always looks old, Lettuce is brown and nasty. Customer service is terrible I sat there for 5 minutes and didn't even get a acknowledgement. I get 30 minutes for lunch, I didn't have time for this. I'm done with this place. It needs new management. BTW there were 3 in there.

I ordered a footlong boss for pick up online order. I got home to find a six inch sub without the cheese or pepperoni. I called and told them, they closed on 20 minutes and the only option I was given was to rush back up there and they would have my sub. Get up there AGAIN and have to wait again while they make it, I was stupid for not checking it yet I said 3x I ordered a footlong - it is a #6 so maybe they couldn't read the ticket - I got home and had another 6 inch, but at least it was the right half a sub I paid for and ordered and wasted two trips and an hour of time gettint it. Usually they are okay, nothing great nothing terrible, 9th Ave in sacred heart is great and makes good subs. This location just doesn't care much or pay attention. Guess that's what you get with teenagers running the place.

The female manager was rude with a negative attitude. She had been there since 8 am and at 11 am the tea was still not made. I asked when the tea will be available. She said I don't know because it takes a long time to cook the tea. Not true. This Subway needs attention from the General Manager and the District Manager.
