We counted 5 flies flying around and landing on the vegetables and bread. After I had already paid for my food they threw it in the trash because 5 people in line saw the fly crawling on my sandwich. They wouldn't give my money back even though I don't want food with bugs on it. Manager was scared to get on the phone with me. Several customers walked out after seeing the flies crawling on the vegetables. A/C doesn't work and the employees were sweating while standing over the food. Disgusting place to eat and I would avoid the nasty restaurant.

I placed an online order for a footlong club. The thinnest subway I have ever had. The attached receipt had the list of vegetables and condiments I requested and it was attached to the sandwich wrap. One half of the sandwich only had meat, cheese, lettuce and mayo/mustard. The other half had banana peppers and onions. No tomatoes or anything else I order on the sandwich. Had black olives hat I did not even requested. Next time I will listen to my family and friends, back to Firehouse Subs.

I got a foot long sub. There was a total of 5 slices of ham in the whole thing. The thinnest sandwich I’ve ever seen if not for the mountain of lettuce they put on to cover it up. All for 10 dollars.

We stopped here along our trek home. My husband had the new Baja Turkey and I had the chicken bacon ranch. Both sandwiches bread were stale, so hard to enjoy the rest of the sandwich. Service was good and both kids behind the counter were sweet.
I got my BBQ Honey 🍯 Mustard Wrap but not my Jalapeno Chips. Crappy service.

Out of 5 consecutive orders, not a single one was correct. Sandwiches wrong, sides and drinks either wrong or completely missing. Website gives applesauce as the only side option for Kids meal but store employee said they never have applesauce.
